The RAV4 is the best-selling vehicle in the U.S. market and the RAV4 hybrid is Toyota’s top-selling hybrid. The 2021 Toyota RAV4 coming with a price raise then the previous model. A new XLE premium model for the hybrid version i.e. RAV4 hybrid and the TRD off-road trim adds a skid plate.

The XLE premium starts at $33,675 after the $1,175 destination charge; it is between XLE and XSE trims and in the most popular lineup. The RAV4 hybrid all trims achieve EPA of 40 mpg combined; 41 city and 38 highway.

The XLE Premium adds more features including 18-inch wheels, a power moonroof, LED projector headlights, fog lamps, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable driver’s seat, a power liftgate, leather upholstery, smart key system, and a 7.0-inch infotainment system with satellite radio, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Amazon Alexa compatibility. These all are added to meet the equipment of the gasoline version of RAV4. Although the ground clearance and all-wheel-drive make it great for snowy roads and weekend adventures.

The RAV4 hybrid comes only in all-wheel-drive (AWD) and starts at $29,675 for base LE i.e. $1,050 more than non-hybrid RAV4 with AWD. The hybrid exclusive XSE model gives a sportier look, with stiffer suspension, a two-tone paint scheme, and a black-blue interior. The plug-in hybrid RAV4 prime is also added to the 2021 lineup, starts at $39,275.

The 2021 RAV4 is available in the dealership for sale. The RAV4 prime plug-in hybrid which is the best model in the whole lineup is hard to find as its demand is more than the production. You can apply for EV tax credit and state incentives.

The RAV4 conventional gas model price is raised by $100, starts at $27,255 for front-wheel-drive LE. The LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited come with 2.5 liters inline-four and 8-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel-drive comes as an option for $1400. The TRD off-road starts at $36,955 i.e. $500 increase. It has a front skid plate, standard all-wheel-drive, and other off-road including wheels, suspension tuning, and all-terrain tires.
