Ram’s new batch of Built to Serve 1500 trucks is here

Ram is paying tribute to the U.S. military service by its Built to Serve Edition of Ram 1500 pickups. The automaker is presenting five different color options and patriotic design cues each tributing to one of the five United States armed forces. The three have been revealed now the fourth batch is here.

The last batch was honoring the U.S. Air Force and this batch is honoring the Maritime land force-inspired theme and featuring the colors Tank and Flame Red exteriors. These will be the limited edition of Ram 1500 will be limited to 1000 units per color.

All the Ram 1500 built to serve the latest models feature black accents on the grille, bumpers, bezels, side steps, and exhaust tips. The exterior features unique 20-inch aluminum wheels and body-color wheel flares. The rarest will be the next and final batch will have 500 models of each Spitfire and Bright White paint.

 

Inside it, the “Built to Serve” badging is on the instrument panel, Black Onyx Chrome trim, and bolstered cloth and vinyl seats. Customers can personalize the interior will flags, patches, or slogans, and feature the latest Medium Greystone stitching. It also includes off-road features like all-terrain tires, rear axle, hill descent control, skid plates, tow hooks, and heavy-duty off-road front and rear shock absorbers.

The production of 2021 Ram 1500 this batch is expected to start next month with deliveries expecting in the early of 2021. The production will be done at Ram Truck’s Sterling Heights plant in Michigan.
