I have recently started to take my Honda Accord into White Allen for service. Let me tell you, this establishment has customer service down pat. From the moment I drop my car off to when I pick it up, the white Allen staff offers exceptional customer service. Also I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. White Allen always explains exactly what my car needs. Last time I said I think I needed a service and they explained why I did not. To me being educated around what is needed is key to having my car properly serviced. The staff is always extremely nice and very helpful. You can always wait, but I like to drop my car off. White Allen has a customer for life. Kudos to the owner. I believe his name is Tim White. Exceptional leadership and outstanding community presence.

My experience at White Allen Honda was just amazing. I was looking for a capable and reliable new truck that was compact enough to fit into my garage. I had also a very low mileage quality trade in. Mr Fullerton and Mr. Victor, and the manger, Mr. Walther were so nice, professional and helpful. They offered me a reasonable price for the new truck and for my trade-in and sold me the services and accessories I needed for my new truck. I can’t be happier and more satisfied. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially those gentlemen to everyone.

Just bought a 2022 Civic touring and could not be happier with both the car and my experience with White Allen. Abigail Robertson was an awesome salesperson who kept me informed every step of the buying process. Quick and honest about pricing and interest rates. No mark up on the car over msrp. The whole buying process was actually easy and fast. The whole staff was great! Would definitely go back for our next car!

This is definitely the place to go to buy a Honda.. I went to a different dealership nearby to buy a civic and they asked me to pay an extra 4k on top of MSRP as an additional markup(or whatever). They would charge an additional 10k for a Honda civic SI. Here they don't do that. I ordered one for MSRP+ some service charges and am waiting to arrive. Service is professional.

Three (3) words describe White Allen Honda - Honesty, Integrity, and Value. I decided to call this dealership due to the high reviews on Car Gurus and I was glad I did. When I called, the car I wanted to see was sold but Randy (Sales Associate) informed me they just received a trade that was an upgrade from the model I wanted to see. The trade was a year older, but with better features and lower mileage. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the car was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and was spotless inside and out. I received excellent personalized customer service, great communication throughout the whole process, and a tireless effort to help from everyone at White Allen Honda. Thank you Randy, Erik, Victor, and Gary for your time and outstanding service. You have gained a loyal customer for life.

I gave it three stars because of how the finance manager, Victor, was being a complete a******. If we weren't so far into the process, we would've just left and went somewhere else. That's how bad he is. When we had questions, he would get snappy and would be very condescending. It was very uncomfortable and just a terrible experience overall. We love the car we ended up with and the salesman was nice. We had to get the car serviced a week after having it (something minor) and the service department is really kind, informative, and moved quickly to get the issue resolved. Other than the jerk of finance manager they have, this is a great place to get a car.

I purchased two used cars from here with the help of Willie. I recently came in to purchase my partner a car and knew I had to ask for Willie again! He is amazing and was quick to offer us snacks, drinks, and chit chat while we waited for the paperwork to finalize. We were in and out quickly, thanks Willie!

I recently bought a vehicle from White Allen and had a great experience with Calvin. Calvin did not pressure the sale and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend the dealership and my sales person, Calvin.
