I had such a pleasant experience at Westbury Toyota dealership yesterday! My sales consultant Denni Rodriguez, He helpee find the right new car for me and was very patient with me while making an important decision. Denni was extremely careful and genuinely cared about getting you the best value and deal possible! He was honest with me as a first time car buyer and very personal when it came down to making a choice, I ended up purchasing a Toyota Camry SE 2022 and love the car!!! Denni helped make the transition smooth for me and would recommend anyone to the Westbury Toyota Dealership for excellence service!! Carlos A Escobar was a very kind and extremely attentive and intelligent individual who helped us immediately upon arrival. He answered all our questions politely and with plenty of reassurance. Thank you Carlos for all your help. I’ll make sure to come back to Westbury Toyota when we purchase our next vehicle. I had to change my review after this finding. I would assume that after paying a little over 30k for a vehicle that they’d put proper hardware on the vehicle before we drive out. No fault on Carlos, but I would like to understand why they didn’t just use the correct hardware to install the license plate properly.

Allen was AMAZING. Best experience ever. He was very patient, and listened to my requests. He set me up with a great car, and it far exceeds my ‘ need to have’ options. They had a very large selection of cars available too, far exceeding what is available at other dealerships. Allen was a great conversationalist, and did not rush me to make a decision at all during the entire process. I am beyond satisfied and happy with my purchase. I would 100 % recommend the dealership, and above all, Allen, to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.I will definitely be a repeat client anytime I’m looking for a vehicle.

Today, I went to the Toyota service center to replace four tires. After I paid the money, I took the car and immediately checked the tires. I found that it was not a brand new set of tires that they said were just delivered today. Could the tires produced in 2018 still be brand new and just arrived in 2022? They said, "It's dirty. Wash it, it's brand new. Wash it, it's brand new. They're still giving us a choice between getting out of my dealership now and cleaning your tires before you leave... Finally, no one told me to leave their office and just leave... That's what I've been believing for 5 years: the official Toyota repair center. I'm so disappointed I went to this... Can I still trust Toyota

I had a great experience at Toyota of Westbury. Denni helped me find the perfect Sienna and made it a very easy and painless process even though we wait for more than 6 months . He was knowledgeable about the car features and super patient with us. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

First walked in to test drive a vehicle and met with Elijah. He is incredibly friendly, open to hearing what you are looking for in a car, and aims to give you as much information as he knows to help. Once he knew what I was looking for we focused primarily on just that car. Elijiah passed along his contact so we could easily be in touch and it was like talking with a friend. As luck would have it a month and a half after I first walked into Westbury Toyota, I got my dream car I was looking for, Rav 4 Hybrid in Cavalry Blue! Big thanks to Elijah for his help throughout the whole process! Shout out to Caleb for his help setting up my car and Jesus, Jeremy, and Randy as well for their roles in negotiating a deal fair enough for both parties.

Excellent service by Melvin Espinal and Luis B! They made the selling experience excellent and had great communication, super transparent with the fees and prices , no hidden tricks on their end. Great dealership ! And military friendly as well.
