West County Honda- Honda dealerships Ellisville

This was a wonderful time to visiting to West County Honda. We have been there around noon and Donnie gave us a good service during our visit. But when we’re trying to checkout the vehicle ( Honda Pilot SẼ )and they said sale adjustment will be plus $4,000.00 and running board including seasonal floor mat for over $3,000. And they replace the the rear bumber that have crashed. And also want to charge dealer fee for $ 599.00 and $7.50 for temp tag. The most terrible thing was sale Manager Orlando service that was rude. I was helping my community to buy a car for more than 100 vehicles and this would be the most worsted I have ever had. Thanks!

I am so happy I decided to stop in here. I was greeted by Michael Knollhoff and he ended up being such a great guy to work with. I usually dread trying to buy a car. He made the process go quickly and smoothly. He was not high pressure and truly seemed to care about me and what was car was best for me. I would highly recommend Michael and West County Honda. I look forward to having my car serviced here and will definitely go back when it it time to purchase another car. He truly went above and beyond. Even my teenage son was impressed!

Michaela is an outstanding sales person. Perhaps, one of the best. Her communication is thorough and well mannered. She is very friendly while maintaining a professional, business relationship. Don’t let the title “car sales person” confuse you. Michaela is the most honest and respectable sales person you’ll ever encounter. Michaela will welcome you into the dealership like it’s her own home. My experience with her has been extremely comfortable and easy. If you see anyone at West County Honda, make sure it is the lovely Michaela.

Our car unexpectedly died a few weeks ago and we were in an emergency to get a new vehicle. This was the first time I've ever visited a dealership to purchase a vehicle, I didn't know what to expect. Salesman Mike K was awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would. He was very thorough and professional and made sure our questions were answered. There was no pressure and he was extremely patient and reassuring. What a fantastic experience and I am so happy with our purchase.

Mike K is absolutely the best! He is so helpful and overwhelmingly friendly. He found us exactly the car we needed at the price that was perfect for us! Buying my vehicle was a good experience, but maintenance ever since has been a nightmare. Always trying to convince me that I need services that I don't need. When I told them I would replace my own engine and cabin air filters, the filter cover was tightened so tight by them that they busted two bolts and I needed to borrow power tools in order to change the filter. They then tried to tell me they couldn't replace the bolts they broke. Also told me I needed tires over 6 months before I needed them and would only give the pricing information to my husband. Oil changes take over 3 hours. Might as well drop off and come back after a few days. They always push their stupid shuttle that goes 2.5 miles from the dealership. Meanwhile anytime my husband brings my vehicle in he has no issues. I've already spoken to them about all of these issues and they really don't seem to care. I only bring my vehicle here because I paid for the maintenance package.
