Answers text and calls instantly without leaving me waiting. Giving me all the information I need on the vehicle and leaving space before making a decision. For the trade appraisal, I live 3 hours away so it’s hard to get an appraisal but Daniel got all the information quickly to do a sight-unseen. From the negotiation, typically it’s hard to negotiate in person since you have to physically be there to talk numbers. But Daniel made sure that I was able to get in my offer, accept it with plenty of respect and willing to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. I got financing done before arrival, checked out the car, test drove, signed paperwork. Everything was done under an hour. Daniel is one of a kind, an elite of his own profession and trade. It was great experience working with folks at Vandergriff Acura. I purchased a used Mercedes Sprinter Van and they went above and beyond to take care of any issues caused by the previous owner. First and foremost Vandergriff Acura truly is by far one of the best places to purchase car a from. The entire sales experience was golden! Patrick Burns the new car director was nothing short of amazing. He answered every question I had in the process of finding the right vehicle just for me. I came all the way from Houston to pick up my vehicle. My salesman Brian Smith was perfect. He even mentioned he would accommodate me and personally deliver my vehicle to Houston if needed. It was totally worth it. It took me less than an hour to sign my paperwork. They are super swift and thanks to both Brian and Patrick they made my car buying experience grand. Had a pleasant time purchasing our vehicle. Gail was incredible and has been so helpful and accessible throughout the entire process. However, if you do decide to purchase a vehicle from Vandergriff Acura make sure to do a thorough inspection of your vehicle, especially the tires. We drove off the lot with 2 nails in the back tires and a large gash in one of them that somehow "passed inspection" and we are now needing to replace out of pocket.

Vere easy purchase process. Nice and friendly staff and even kiddos had fun with the little kids' play area. Dayshawn Green was our salesman and he was excellent. Very thorough with the car and features and very knowledgeable. Preston Nguyen was our finance person and he carefully explained all the options and answered all questions we had.
