Bought a brand new 2022 Toyota Camry xse v6 and after about 70+ miles, check engine light came on, along with this loud, clicking noises from the engine. Took it to the service and was told that one of the cylinders/pistons were defective and they would need to take the whole bottom half of the engine apart and put it back together…. On a brand new car. What’s really angered me and my family was the way they handled the issue. They would just straight up start ignoring all your calls/texts if a problem arises after you sign the lease. Please save yourselves the headache and avoid this dealership like a plague.
Great customer service by Sam and Louie. What everyone needs to understand is that the supply of cars is low so the prices are high. Sam and Louie went above and beyond to get us approved with the best rate possible and gave us the best price in the area for our 2022 Corolla. We did not know that they cover all maintenance costs for 25000 miles or 2 years. I highly recommend this dealership to those who want to receive great customer service and the best deals.
Made an appointment to discuss a base model suv along with the pricing. The whole process was quite smooth they were open to negotiating. Hannah was the sales lady being trained. Hannah and one of the managers helped out with the purchase. They both were awesome! Hannah was very patient, had good customer service skills. Which is something a buyer appreciates and is what will make myself and others want to come back. At the end of it the manager gave approval to a good deal and was helpful when it came to trading in. Good purchase. Pleasant experience and better than I had originally thought going in.
*This is a review of the service department* Visited the location to have my car checked out for some electrical issues. Was promptly check-in and the paperwork was quick. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but they did offer shuttle service. I opted to wait in the spacious wait area. Water, Coffee, and tea were available. Why the 3 stars? The appointment scheduling system!!! I tried to schedule on my phone and the desktop without success. Can't blame the browser either cause I used FF and edge. If that's not frustrating enough, scheduling through text was utterly useless and frustrating experience. I ended up coming in cold turkey.
Overall, Toyota Place service side is great . I had much better experiences with them then sales side ! I will come back but there room for improvement that why I can only give rating 4 stars! The waiting period to get our car repainted due to recalled defect issue was from July-Jan. And that I had to constantly calling back to check in to see when can we bring in our car. So this is overall company process issue. Not the location.
Yes great experience. Cindy is the best! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to be with. Steven also a good driver, very calm nature but fun to chat with when riding with him. I will be back when necessary. Your Toyota place has convinced me to give up my old ways of the old one man shop that could never get me home
I took my 4-Runner in fir scheduled maintenance, the technician noticed an issue with my front brake pads and replaced them along with some related hardware pieces. I was unaware of this issue. My Service Rep, Cindy, was very cordial and helpful. My compliments to all for the great service!
I leased my Toyota Corolla in December 2019 with the option to buy after 3 years. I was told at that time that if/when I decide to buy, the payoff amount would be around $15,000. I came into Toyota Place planning to buy off my lease and asked for a pay-off quote. They told me it would be close to $19,000. I told them that this number is wrong and that I was promised 3 years ago that my pay off would be somewhere around $15,000. The car salesman got the manager to come out to talk to me, and even he insisted that I pay $19,000. They even tried to make it seem like $19,000 was a good deal in this economy and pulled out "official looking" paperwork to make it look like I was supposed to pay this amount. I refused and decided to call Toyota Financial instead. It turned out all I had to do was send a cashier's check or finance for $15,811.04. This dealership tried to scam me for thousands of dollars that they felt entitled to. Edit: Client Relations manager told me that the price they gave me was because of "tax, license, and applicable fees." I didn't have to pay ANY these fees with Toyota Financials. However, even before these "fees", they said the pay-off amount was $16,950.32, which is more than the actual total amount of $15,811.04. Then they decided to tack on a bunch of fake fees to make it $19,000.
