I just moved to Arizona from Florida and I’m very much so pleased with my experience with the service department. Jake took great care of me and helped me tremendously with my vehicle. Definitely would recommend anyone who needs service done to this spot and I’ll definitely be coming back !

I always dread house and car shopping I will research things for along time just so I don’t have to talk to anyone and then look at reviews. Everyone was friendly ZERO pressure and I DID NOT have the feeling of being stalked. Prices are in the good to great price range. I bought a used car they had as I needed a third car ( first time not new or certified) not even a Honda and they took very good care of me and few things that needed to be done. They are a great team between sales, service and finance they worked extremely well together definitely would recommend going back again.

This is our second purchase from Tempe Honda and I couldn't be happier. I started the process online which led to text conversations with Tony. I was impressed with the time frame he said they could produce the new CR-V I was interested in. I completed the transaction in the dealership with Kenny and Tony. Both are great to work with. They also introduced me to Amanda from the sales department who would monitor the transaction. I put a $500 fully refundable deposit down and a little over 3 weeks later my new CR-V arrived. While I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive Amanda kept in constant communication with me providing updates on the expected arrival date of the vehicle. This is a very relaxed dealership without the usual frantic pace designed to rush people into the purchase. Very businesslike. Everyone at Tempe Honda I worked with provided exactly what they said they would. In this climate, I was extremely impressed they were able to get my new CR-V in such a short amount of time.

I was shopping for a fuel efficient car for my son’s first car. He found the car he wanted on Tempe Honda’s website but we were out of town at the time. I spoke with a sales person there, Z. She took care of everything from financing to detailing the car, Sent me videos of the interior and exterior of the car and had my paperwork ready when I got there when we got back in town. We literally just did a test drive, signed and left with the car. Tempe Honda was excellent and Z was amazing to work with.

I don’t normally visit the Tempe auto dealers but glad I gave them a chance. Payton was a real professional. He was incredible! From the start, he was patient, polite and knowledgeable. There was not only no pressure but he made it a point to ensure we were comfortable throughout the whole process while describing the value, features and benefits. We then moved over to Finance and Christian was a real Pro! He was amazing. He listened, he was very helpful and made the transaction painless! Penske Is lucky to have both of them. Honda is fortunate to have them representing their brand. I would definitely recommend both of these gentlemen! I don’t refer people to dealers, I refer them to specific people.

I was looking for leasing a new car before the end of the year, and more importantly make the deal over the phone prior to visiting the dealership. Matt, the sales manager with whom I dealt, was very communicative and shared with me all the information that I was looking for. Once the deal was made, I went to the dealership ,test drove the car and drove off within 1.5 hr. This was a smooth and every efficient transition. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
