I've had an incredible delightful experience working with Larry Stevens and the rest of the staff at Taylor. Larry has sold my family two vehicles and has made the process quick and painless. Ben Davis was quick and professional handling the finance paperwork, and Karen Smith was also wonderful in coordinating any additional sales questions we had. I highly recommend reaching out to Larry if you are in the market for a vehicle. He's incredibly competent and works fast even if you are buying from out of time on a tight schedule like I was.

I’d do what you can to stay away from Taylor BMW on Washington rd. I went there for a simple detail and they demolished my car; left wax everywhere, left stains on the do side of the door and all of my black gaskets are now covered in wax and white residue. Terrible service.

Everybody at Taylor BMW were great to work with especially Keenan! Keenan exceeded all expectations! He is a man of his word! He fought for us to get a lower price and he came through! If anyone goes there looking for a BMW, ask for Keenan!

Wonderful staff. The GM was incredible. I have bought many cars from different dealerships. By far, Taylor BMW was the best experience. This is the only dealership I will buy cars from. The honesty and customer service was top notch

I am 61 years old and have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. Not once have I been treated so well as with Taylor BMW. !! We purchased a used Mercedes’ GLA and you would thought we had purchased a brand beee BMW 8 series. Staff, management and all employees customer service and friendliness were top notch. Kicking Mercedes dealership in towns ’ arse. If you know what I mean. Please don’t hesitate to visit the dealership at Taylor BMW on Washington road Evans. You will not be disappointed as well as the snake and beverages are always available. Loaner cars no issue at all. Great place to buy

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 yrs . I took my BMW 5 series to get it fixed because their was no cold air blowing from my air conditioner. I drove it there twice . First time they said there was too much freon in it . It did not work . Next time they charged me $ 1400 and put a new blower in it . Labor charges $. 550 . It still does not blow any cold air . I was ripped off ! WARNING- Do not take your car there for service. It’s a money making scam !

Taylor has rescheduled servicing my car multiple times, you have to call them to see if they are still coming, and will not return phone calls. They did not reset my oil chance mileage last time and said they would look at a issues with my mirror and reset it at that time. Well that was 10,000 miles ago and it needs another oil change guess what? Yep rescheduled.

Customer service is terrible from management down. I would never use this place. I pre-ordeed an electric BMW in November 2021. I simply asked to status of my pre-order and when I should expect the vehicle. I was not provided any information for several months. I though that the build that i created was lost or did not exist. I will attach a photo of the letter that the "manager" emailed to me. This behavior is unacceptable. This is not Customer service. I mentioned in my email to Taylor BMW, that during the confusion dealing with them that I decided that I wanted to pre-order a Tesla instead. I never said that I had a Tesla.
