Went in to have an extra key 🔑 made for my 2001 Honda Odyssey. Yea it was little pricey $147. However the whole staff treated us like we had a 2022 model. Super friendly. They gave us a multi point inspection and the highest quality professional service you would expect from a dealership.

Very nice people! Sent my Ole beater civic in to get a recall done and they had it done asap. Never been there till after I just got this old car but I know if I eventually get my current veloster paid off imma go look and see if I land my hand on one of them newer civic type r.

Every time I go to Straub, the service center is excellent! I’ve taken my Honda here 2 or 3 times since I purchased last year from a different dealer & I haven’t been anywhere else for my services on my car because I have always been satisfied with straub! They explain things & pricing prior to proceeding & always answer any questions I have. It’s truly appreciated!

We were visiting from out of town, and the brakes on our 2007 Odyssey started failing just as it was time to drive back home. The Straub team was able to get us in right away. I was expecting to get an estimate for a very expensive and unnecessary repair - my usual experience when going to a dealership for service - but they found a simple fix that cost less than I expected.
