So I traded in my '09 Explorer in and like the commercial says, they really take care of you. I bought a 2023 Honda HRV Sport this past Saturday and like the 2 times before this, Stokes Honda North delivered. Francis, Prince, Gary, and the whole crew really are the best folks in the auto business. It's the smoothest process every time I go there, and we're not going anywhere else. My wife and I are going back in 2024 to trade our 2020 Civic Sport in for the latest and greatest Passport Elite. Thanks guys once again, you guys rock!!! STOKES HONDA NORTH FOR LIFE!!!

My wife and I had a awesome experience with people at Stokes Honda. Chris was super helpful and answered all questions. We traded in our Mercedes GLB 250 and was offered a fair value for our trade. Prince was very helpful too. He made sure we got the best rate for our new loan and was transparent with the whole process. Stokes actually had inventory on there lot and other dealers did not. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a Honda go check these guys out.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle! KC was wonderful from the moment I arrived and was attentive, great to chat with and helpful with any of my questions. Prior to arriving to pick up my vehicle, KC even sent me a photo of my new car captioned with “Your car is ready to go home!” He made sure I was shown all of the features of the new car and was helpful and patient with all of my questions. Rodney was great working with me on my deal and trade in of my current vehicle. Yuomi was wonderful during the paperwork process and made it very simple and quick! From start to finish, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for a new Honda. I had been a previous customer here for routine services on my vehicle and had always had a wonderful experience with the service department too. Great experience on all fronts. I reviewed this location on my other account with 5 stars because the company gives you free windshield wiper blades if you do so. While my experience was good, I would not say it was five star-worthy. I bought a new '22 Civic and it was my first time purchasing a new car, let alone one with so many great features! I left not knowing how to work any of them, but excited to learn. After speaking with my parents who work for a dealership out of state, they said they would have expected someone to sit in the car with me and explain how to use everything before letting me leave. That would have been incredibly helpful! Instead, I'm stuck in m driveway trying to learn what all the buttons do on my own.

Francis was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He made my wife and I want to buy a car from this dealer. From the moment we walked in, I looked at my wife and said "This is what a dealer experience should be". Every single person was an absolute joy to work with. Not only did they give us one of the best deals that I've ever seen but they stayed with us until 10:30 at night and at no point, did we ever feel like we were an inconvenience. Bravo team!!!

I went to Stokes on Faith and Prayer and God led a beautiful kindhearted angel my way, and her name is Sharon. She greeted me and my son with a smile and warm approach. I told her what I was looking for and she jumped right on it. She was very professional and knowledgeable about every detail of the car I desired to have. She taught me so much about the car and kept speaking as if the car was mines before it was. The way she cared for me and my son was amazing. My son thought she was nice to us so that’s a plus for me! She even offered him a snack☺️ She went over and beyond for me. We had conversations as if we were long time friends. Needless to say, I drove off in 22 Honda Accord SportSE. (Absolutely beautiful) Sharon and the staff at Stokes made this process very easing for me. I’m pleased, satisfied, and happy! Stokes Honda made buying a car easy! I noticed a vehicle online that I was interested in, and Garfield responded quickly with any questions I asked before arriving.
