I walked in here after trying two Car dealerships and I walked out with my Car within the shortest time possible. Friendly staffs and great ambiance. I’m very happy with my experience, I particularly love working with Mr. Dammy Adekola, he is courteous, knowledgeable and really took care of me and not forgetting his Manager, Mr. John Simmons too. Thank you guys for great service and really clean hospitable environment. I’m already telling all my Friends and family about SterlingMccall Acura already.

Schedule an appointment for 4:00p.m and got there early (3:30pm) and Mr. Nabeel Jaghab was ready and with the disposition to attend me and make me a deal. We ended up making a good deal on the car and thanks to his service I got my car deliver same day. For me it was a 10/10 experience. Would recommend this place and this salesman anytime.

We contacted MULTIPLE dealers and spoke with a ton of sales consultants when trying to find a used VW Tiguan for my daughter's first car, so we could surprise her for an early Christmas gift. We were drawn to Sterling McCall Acura because from the moment we reached out about this vehicle, sales consultant, Muhammed Shafiqi, was able to answer any question I had on the spot! This was the first Tiguan we test drove and they had it so clean and presentable. Muhammed and his manager did all they could to negotiate so that we could stay near our budget. They let me know on the day of pickup that it was going to rain and timed the detailing to make sure that it looked pristine for the reveal to our daughter (even let us borrow a big red bow)! She LOVED IT; it looks and drives like a brand new car! We cannot thank Muhammed and his manager for such impeccable and expedited customer service! I highly recommend Sterling McCall Acura for all of your new or used car deals! Ask for Muhammed Shafiqi; we will be back to buy a car for my son soon!

Biggest problem with this dealership is the after-sale service. They will do everything in their power to sell you the most expensive warranty and coverage. When it comes to provide the service, they are not only unprofessional but gives you total runarounds and gives you lies after lies. It's been more then 35+ days, and our car windshield crack is not fixed. We made a mistake trusting the sales person who we called immediately after it happened and we were totally misguided with bunch of lies. Even at this day, our phone calls ignored. We were asked to bring car next day 40+ miles away from our house and did nothing. We own many premium cars and this is the worst experience we have with Acura. I sincerely hope not all Acura dealerships are like this. Please do yourself a favor and pick a dealership who really cares after you pick up your car. I am willing to share my experience in-depth if anyone is interested.

I have purchased multiple cars from the Sterling McCall group over the last few years and I can say any location managed by Anthony ValVerde is top notch and customer satisfaction is priority!

My review is strictly for the Service department. I was helped by Juan who was beyond courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He definitely made me feel like I was valued as a customer. All the other customers seemed to have received similar experiences. I did not hear or see any irate customers.

We purchased two cars here recently, both experience with Rigo were excellent! The day after we purchased the second car my wife found they forgot install the ceramic tint which should be included, they fixed it quickly! Definitely the missing tint was an accident because we bought the car just after it was on site so they hadn’t have time to install it. We are very satisfied with their service and not surprised that why they have such good review!
