Every time I’ve needed something done on my car she gets me in quickly and makes sure I’m taken care of. Really appreciate the work she has done with my third party warranty as well. This was one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I’ve ever had! And this is coming from an individual who has purchased over 40 vehicles in my lifetime. Long story, short - Sterling BMW was able to fully complete my vehicle purchase within my lunch hour on a Friday! I’ve purchased vehicles where I’d be waiting at least 2-3 hours. Also, I never had an appointment; they were very accommodating. Mike Walters was my sales guy, and I highly recommend him. I’ve been searching for a vehicle for the last couple months, and I couldn’t believe the deal I got! Especially in today’s car market, it’s been tough trying to find and settle down on a deal. The vehicle I purchased was a used 2019 X2 M35i. I also almost didn’t get it because there were a lot of interests in this particular vehicle. I’m very happy with the car, and hopefully when my wife’s lease is up next year (she has a 2020 Explorer ST), I might be able to sway her towards an X5 or X3 M40i. Hopefully there will be some good deals by then, and Sterling BMW will be the 1st place I’ll go to!

Very good customer experience. Our salesperson, Terry Zwarka was very helpful and very much a customer advocate. No high pressure sales tactics.Our delivery experience was also excellent. About a week after our purchase, we had a few questions on some of the electronic features. We were in the area and stopped by the dealership. Terry was off, but we were helped by Annie Winger, one of the store's BMW Genius". She was very knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills and she answered all of our questions in a very reasonable time.

Fantastic communication, thorough, honest and easy to work with. I purchased my new car from sterling and John Paul/JP was excellent to deal with. He was professional, easy going and very informative. He helped me find the car i needed and hand delivered the car to my home and with the help of Annie helped program and set up my car. Fantastic experience thanks to JP and the team at sterling BMW.

Round Two! We have now purchased two vehicles from Sterling BMW & love them both so much. I’d like to give a shout-out to all parties that have helped us starting with Bentley & Bill, both of these guys were amazing & helped us to locate and decide happily on which cars to come into our family. Adam is my top-notch favorite, he’s on top of everything and does it with an amazing and personal attitude which definitely made us feel like we were part of the little family sterling has & made us both laugh. Last but not least, Andrew. Andrew is amazing at what he does and we appreciate that he’s family oriented and understands the stress of buying a new car and the finances that go into it. He definitely made us feel comfortable purchasing our X6 & M550i. We will be returning customer for quite awhile. All these guys deserve a paid vacation or a raise. I hope management sees this.

It was a pleasure doing business with Sterling bmw. I chose it because it’s independently owned. Adrian and Mike Were to deal with. The tech guy who went on the test drive with me had great knowledge and look forward to learning more about the car from him. As we were making a decision we had three cars to compare and it was easy at that point. I felt like we got a good deal on X3. We told him we didn’t want to be here for hours on end and frankly in about an hour and a half the whole deal was done. From the test drive to finance and we were on the road. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend there a store.

Aisha was prompt to contact me as soon as I submitted my inquiry. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She ensured that I was comfortable with the vehicle and the entire process. She remained in constant contact throughout the process and guided us seamlessly from beginning to end. I never felt pressured or hustled. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

This is my go to dealership for everything maintenance or questions related, even if I need a quick tire pressure check they'll take care of me. Tony really helped me out my SOS button malfunction, covered by the warranty so took care of that, they had to shuttle me home (they're contracted with uber). He also took care of my annual maintenance I have the bmw maintenance program but it's only been 6 months since my last tune up. I've definitely had poorer experiences at other dealerships, no issues here. Thanks guys!
