Shearer Acura was our first stop this past March when we were looking for a new vehicle. We stopped by without an appointment one day and Juni was quick to greet us and helpful in educating us on the available inventory. After visiting a number of other dealerships, we returned to Shearer and chose the MDX. Juni is very knowledgeable in Acura products and their features, especially the infotainment center. I didn’t know that car buying could be this easy and this much fun. I’ve been looking for a particular make and model (Volvo) car with a specific design package for about two years. Once I found mine at Shearer Acura, I expressed interest and was contacted by salesman Juni Aviles. From first conversation to last, Juni did such a stellar job. Text questions answered immediately. Phone calls taken every single time. This guy knew his job so well and was so on top of things, I didn’t hesitate to drive from mid-Maine to far-western Vermont, 5.5 hours one way, to pick up the car and to drop off my trade, which Juni also made effortless. This car is drop-dead gorgeous. The price was easily $2k less than I’ve seen anywhere else for anything comparable. Juni made himself a loyal client and new Shearer fan. I walked in, signed, walked out. Juni and the Shearer team did the rest. We’ll gladly come back across a few states for service and deals like this. I hope they know what a great employee they’ve got in Juni!

We recently purchased a 2023 MDX through Doug Littlefield. Doug was very helpful in the process, as on-site inventory was minimal, so we ended up selecting a vehicle they had in the order que. This issue was that we either waited 4 months or maybe Doug could swap with another dealer. Considering inventory constraints, swapping was not likely, but Doug was able to pull it off and get the vehicle we wanted on the lot within two months.
