Roxy was amazing from the time we arrived to the time we left in our new X5. Tiarre was absolutely incredible. She walked us through every function of the vehicle and offered to make herself available if we had any questions after leaving the dealership. Joseph (service dept.) made the time to introduce himself and offer his assistance whenever needed. I can honestly say this is a team of true professionals. I decided to stay with BMW for my new purchase due to the exceptional service I constantly recieved from Jake. I got paired with Kurt who was very attentive and helped me with the purchase of a brand new car. I was skeptical of buying a car I had not yet seen but I knew what I wanted and he helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions and was patient and worked around my busy schedule. While there we received amazing service from Tiarre who went over all the functions of my new car. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about my car and and the features. They are so awesome here. They got me where I wanted to be with my financing the first time, made sure I knew how my car works before I drove off with it and so accommodating. Intentional deception about the car condition. Don't believe them, especially if you are trying to buy out of state. **Bottom line, no matter how good review the dealership has, please be aware and ask for more deep-depth photos** It is an old car, and I understand a healthy engine is the most important thing to look into, but not letting the customer know any flaw in the exterior is unacceptable. Paint damage, bumper damage, oil leak **UPDATE 7/29/22** After this incident happened, I emailed the management team. Billy Mitchell (Manager) responded to me the same day, offered me a start-up check for the car inspection, and was willing to take the car back to the dealership for a deep inspection. Thank you, sir, for the professionalism and the quick response. I will drop it off at my local shop to check if any engine parts need to be swapped. I will let you know.

Wow! What an amazing experience! Roxy made the entire process, from ordering to delivery, super fun! Her team took care of all the details and I felt like they rolled out the red carpet when I arrived. The entire staff, including the finance department and the geniuses, were a delight to deal with.
