We had a great experience with Roper Honda. Kathy was by far the nicest, most honest sale person we've ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone. We are very pleased with our Civic!

Buying a car can be just as stressful as buying a house. You go in with a budget and then you have to deal with the salesmen that wants to up sell you on everything they can and it can be draining. However, Roper Honda was the best experience I have ever had with any sales rep. Chris met with us and allowed myself and my fiancé to take the car I was looking at for a test drive with no one sitting behind talking it up and putting any pressure on me. I came back and wanted to do a trade in and their process was very smooth and efficient. We were able to discuss price and what we wanted under an hour which must be a record. Even the workers that weren't working with us directly were very kind to us. It may have been an hour away but I would take that drive no matter what because everyone at Roper Honda treats their customers with respect and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new vehicle whether it's for an upgrade or buying your first vehicle. Thank you Roper Honda for a great experience!

We purchased our van from Chris Fields back in January. He was very personable and helpful. We were able to test drive and purchase in the same day. During the process he kept ensuring us that if we had any issues to bring them and they would help take care of us. Six months later we had a couple of issues but they stood true to their word and fixed quickly and affordably the van. Chris Field at Roper Honda is the gold standard! My husband and I reserved a vehicle through Roper Honda a few weeks ago. At no fault of Roper Honda, the car delivery kept getting pushed back. Chris kept in touch with us throughout the whole process with updates on when it would be available. The vehicle availability date happened to fall one day after the birth of our first child. We notified Chris of our situation and he offered to deliver the vehicle to our home (1 hour away) at no extra charge. This was an enormous help and we were blown away by his generosity and willingness to help us out. We will 100% be working with Chris/Roper Honda in the future and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Bought a car back in December and today TJ texted me to make sure everything was still going well with my new car. TJ went above and beyond helping me find a car. He always kept me in the loop of when a car would arrive... He is really down to earth, friendly, nice...Treated me like he would treat one of his friends and not a $$$. If you ever need help finding a vehicle, make sure to ask for him. This dealership got lucky with him.

Second time we've made the 65 mile drive to Roper to buy a Honda. They make it incredibly easy. After being told I had to lay down a $500 non-refundable deposit to be in line to make an offer on a car ( based on the value of my trade-in) by the local Honda dealer, I reached out to Roper. They did require a deposit, but the car was mine. Zac Macfee was wonderful to work with. No pressure and he kept us in the loop while we waited on the car to arrive (the new world in which we live). When we reviewed options for warranties, again, no pressure - just analysis. I like Roper very much and I'm sure we'll be back again. They just don't make it a pain in the a$$ to buy a car and they service them well.

Very nice facility, and employees are professional and friendly. I use them for (OE) Original Equipment parts for my 2004 Accord. Fast and easy ordering and pickup! I have personally used them in the past used for service and purchase and it is overall a top notch process
