I really don’t know where to start when it comes to describing the level of service and attentiveness I received at Rick Hendricks BMW. Let me start with my salesperson, Keaton Adams! I purchased my BMW X5, September 2022. I explained to Keaton when we met back in July, that I was just looking and I wasn’t going to make a purchase until my birthday in March 2023, but I told him to keep in contact with me until then. Well, without fail Keaton would causally call with inventory updates but those cars didn’t have everything I was looking for in an X5. So he said, “Okay, I’ll keep looking, talk to later.” He must have showed me over 10 different cars and 2 different models, (X5 and X6) but he remained patient with me through the entire process. And then it happened, he found a car that had EVERYTHING that I wanted and it was priced right. Once I made my commitment to the car with a deposit, Keaton continued to ask me questions to make sure I was good with my X5. He and his partner, Victor, took very good care of my wife and me while we closed the deal. This is my first BMW and Victor was enticing me with another beautiful new BMW i4 M, that car is an absolute MONSTER! That might the next one, and I will definitely seek out Keaton and Victor to do this all over again! Thanks Guys! Oh, btw Keaton still calls me to make sure that the car is still performing to my expectation. All thumbs up my guy!

I had the best experience in purchasing a car from the Rick Hendrick BMW dealership!!! Roman was an outstanding salesman. He assured me that he would me help me find a car that I would be happy with. We test drove and test drove until I made a decision. He gave me great financial advice and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I orginially had an appointment with Patrick, and when I finally got to meet him he was just as helpful. I smiled all day with the friendliness of the BMW staff. I came all the way from Virginia to this particular dealership and I will say, I made a great deision.

Working with Teresa Troutman was an absolute pleasure! Teresa is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision. More importantly, she was an amazing advisor throughout the process and made me feel comfortable with the choices I made. The buying process of my Jeep took about a week. He went out of his way to ensure we found the vehicle we wanted and at a fair price. No typical car salesman games, but gave us honest advice and truly made us feel comfortable with the process. James Kerr was my sales guy and he has been superb! He did an amazing job while I was in the comfort of my home! I went to the dealership and was there for an hour at most before him and his team had me on my way! Even my concerns after the fact he is making sure to get them taken care of for me! Have been coming to this dealership for years to service my vehicle, and they have always been extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with the Sales department during my purchase of a 430i convertible. My husband and I were intending to just spend NYE browsing dealerships to compare makes/models, etc, with the goal of planning something for Feb/March purchase. We felt right at ease being greeted by Adam Ballou at the door, and after running through a few options, we realized that I just wanted a newer version of my old car (ha!).
