Service technician Noah extremely helpful very detailed in explaining service to my vehicle, went above and beyond to assist. Leo who gave me the ride to Legacy Place while my car was being serviced was also very polite and courteous, spoke highly of the dealership, great conversationalist to and when I was picked up. Good experience with this dealership every time we have used them. That’s is the 3rd time buying a car from this dealership which was Prime Acura. Ira has continued with its positive experience. Salesman, Dave treated me with respect and worked well with me. The 2019 Acura MDX I bought is very nice and I feel I got a good deal. Initially one of the keys did not work but that was taken care of when I brought the car for inspection. I would highly recommend this dealership. It was a good experience and I typically hate buying cars. They made it easy!

My mechanic called and advised that it's time to get a new car. Not the best news you want to hear after holding a car for so long with memories. I had an early morning appointment. I was greeted by Emily. She was very pleasant and quickly checked me in. She advised me that my wipers needed replacement. To which I agreed. I was out in about hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. Acura Westwood seem to be a low pressure reliable place to get your vehicle maintained.

We recently purchased a used car for our daughter from Ira Acura of Westwood and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. John and Jose were friendly, welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. The car so far appears to be in excellent condition and they were extremely reasonable in a price, which is so important right now given the market.

Had a very good experience with IRA Acura when I had my car serviced there recently. Needed work done that I was not aware of and they gave me a clear picture of what was needed right away and other work that I could wait on but as it turned out I had them do it at the same time. Needed a loaner car and they were very accommodating. Would recommend dealership .

He took the time to show me different vehicles and options, and answered all my questions. He took care of everything, from insurance, to trade-in, to setting up and personalizing my new car for me. Dave Troilo was an absolute pleasure working with. He was extremely pleasant and made us feel at home here at Ira Acura Westwood. The experience we had was top notch and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go with Dave, though I’m sure any of the sales reps on the team would be very accommodating.
