I purchased my first Honda yesterday and I am so in love with it! Kirk was my sales person and he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. I instantly got along with him and new our personalities would mesh well. I was told he was new to car sales, but you would never know! Kirk was so good at his job you’d think he had been there for years! Connor, who did the finance papers with me, was also super awesome! My overall experience was 5 star from start to finish. I highly recommend Pohanka Honda and especially Kirk for your car buying needs.

I went into my car buying experience not sure what I wanted. My sales person, Kirk, went above and beyond and found the perfect car for myself and my family; he truly had my best interest. I’ve always dreaded going to any dealership, but I will always go back to Pohanka simply because of Kirk. The finance department, Henry and Gabe both, were absolutely incredible as well. Both of them made the signing process a breeze, and very fast. Henry went above and beyond to make sure we got the payment we wanted.

I live nearly 300 miles from Pohanka. Saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. We negotiated a trade over the phone and the vehicle, a 2021 Toyota 4Runner Nightshade, was delivered to my door the very next day. So far, so good. Love the car and you can’t beat that kind of service.

I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership and will continue to come back again.. soon! Trust the sales people, especially Dana. They work with you regarding financing, down payment and discounts, time of year etc whatever is needed to help you get into a vehicle on your terms. Minimal weight time, easy to text for information. Bought a Honda accord for my college age daughter last year and the entire experience was the best.

I was Ubering everywhere since I just moved to town after getting out of a toxic environment, and the fees were adding up QUICKLY. Jenn helped me find my new Baby Civic to get me wherever I need to go! She was very kind, and patient as I made up my mind (which can take a while sometimes 😅). My husband and I had a great experience at Pohanka Honda with Kirk Goddard! It was one of the easier car buying experiences we’ve had. We’ve always been a ford family but we fell in love with the pilot for a perfect family car. Kirk made sure to show us all the bells and whistles since his own wife has one. We told them our budget for monthly payments and they met it with ease! Thank you again for staying late to get it all taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience at Pohanka! They were the only dealership around that had what we wanted. Jennifer in sales helped us with picking out our van (which came in super fast!) And she was amazing to work with. Everything was super fast and easy! Hoping to come back when we need our 2nd car replaced.

My wife wanted a hybrid, so I did my research and decided that for the money the Honda CR-V Touring hybrid was the most vehicle for the money, We went to Pohanka Honda to look at the hybrids, that is where we met Thomas one of the salesmen there who told us that due to supply and demand that there were no hybrids on the lot, but that they had more on the way, he then showed us a very similar CR-V just to let us know what it would look like. Thomas told us of the colors of the CR-Vs he had coming in, so we picked a color a waited about a week for it to come in, Thomas kept us informed as to the status of our new car. When the new car came in we went to check it out and it was a beautiful shade of blue. That is when we met Corey who got us approved for the loan and got us a really great interest rate. We got the special clear coat to help the paint stay nicer longer(takes about an hour and a half to get done). All in all a very good experience, the car is great, just have to remember that it has buttons for the transmission and not a leaver. Great purchase will recommend Pohanka to anyone wanting to purchase a Honda.
