Working with John at Pauly Acura was a pleasure. I contacted him about a 2023 Integra A-Spec w/Technology M/T on a Monday, and I drove the car home that Saturday. I should mention that I live in another state, and flew in to Chicago to buy the car. I was able to get all of the documents emailed to John before the purchase, and my time in the Finance office was less than 5 minutes, and most of that was talking about an extended warranty I decided I want to think about before purchasing (you have 6 months). I had some contact with the maintenance folks at the dealership and they were friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Pauly Acura enough - working with John and Frank was easy and seamless. Easily the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle in 28 years of driving.

Recently moved to the area and this was the closest Acura Dealership/Service Center. Had to get an older Acura car serviced. We came back in a newer Acura to pick up the car and I asked one of the sale's guy if he can help answer a couple question about the newer model car. He refused to help because we did not purchase it at THAT dealership and he will be "wasting resources" on us.... Would be 1 star but the service team was kind of helpful.

Service was routine, but Roger, my contact, was excellent—thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Icing on the cake was how great he was my 8-month old daughter, specifically directing us to the children’s area on the second floor.
