I have been a Park Ave BMW customer for seven years and got 3 cars from them. This month, I got a 2022 X7 and this time I was assigned to Jack K. who was very professional and helped me through the entire process. As there was no inventory and I had to order one based on the options I needed. Jack kept me in the loop, updates and helped me to get the deal I wanted. What I really like about BMW Park Ave is that they are very clear and upfront of all the fees. I went to a nearby Lexus dealer (My wife is a Lexus fan) and was very disappointed as they could not give numbers upfront like what are the fees and charges due at signing. Jack was very clear of fees and what is needed at the signing.He also patiently did four to five different ways I could get the deal I wanted with a new X7. The manager who did the paperwork was also very professional and friendly too. Overall, I am a happy customer and always appreciated the Park Ave service location and how they deal with customers too. If you want a pleasant person to work with, ask for Jack K. He will not push you and give you everything as is and will explain and tell the truth. I highly recommend him.

This was the only dealership in the country (yes, the country..) that had exactly what I wanted. I live over 2000 miles away from this store and my sales guy, John D. did such an amazing job making sure I walked away a happy, satisfied customer. He kept me updated every step of the way-very quick, easy & painless process. Probably the only time that’s happened in my entire history of buying cars.

Before we came to this location we read the reviews and were honestly not too sure. So glad we did! Our salesman Moe was outstanding, he answered all our questions and provided an overall exquisite service! Also a shoutout to Steven, he took the time to give us a thorough introduction into the features our new purchase comes with. Overall very happy we gave this location a try.

I had an appointment Rob E. 09/03/2022 (Worst salesman in the world). He did not put any interest. I was looking to buy X6, he showed one car did not tell me any details or features of the car, I brought a mercedes Benz C300 to trade in but I think he thought I was trading in potatoes. To make a long story short, Rob dismissed me did not make any effort to make the dale. I walked out and went to BMW of Tenafly 09/10/2022 where I was attended by a team with great customer service skills specially Ariton Mimini (Tony). I bought my first BMW X6 M50i Carbon Black fully loaded and couldn’t be happier. Your lost Park Ave BMW for your poor service.

I was so afraid to come to this BMW because of all the bad reviews on yelp but unfortunately my car overheated and I had no choice this was the closest BMW dealer. I have to say the service I got here was incredible and by far better than two other prior BMW dealerships I've been to including Ray Catena. Darrell my service provider was able to get the issue with my coolant fixed for free thanks to finding a rebate to cover it. He also was able to get my rear brakes done for $500 less than Ray Catena Westchester quoted me. Ray Catena westchester quoted me 750 for rear brakes Darrell got it done for 220. In total this place saved me $700! Not crooked at all! Very honest and caring people who got my car fixed in and out! They will be my designated service dealer moving forward!

I have been a Park Ave customer for years and have bought 3 cars from them. I just got an X1 and love my car. The dealership is awesome, friendly and extremely clean. Their customer service is impeccable and i particular would like to recommend Victor Dela Rosa who worked with me to get the deal through. Not only he help me close the deal smoothly, efficiently and on time but also attended to my every query and got everything what i needed in the car. Negotiated a deal for a 2022 BMW X7 with Park Ave BMW online. Flew in from out of state to purchase the vehicle and drove it back to my hone state. Sales experience was very good. However, 18 days after purchase, the X7 had a drivetrain malfunction error and went into safe driving mode, then it said driving not possible. Called BMW assist and they were excellent in getting the X7 towed to my local BMW service center. The service center called me a few days later and told me the X7 had a bad transmission and it needled to be replaced under warranty. 18 days after purchase and the X7 wss going to be sitting in the shop for several weeks. I emailed the Park Ave BMW sales person to ask if there was anything they could do to compensate for the issues we were having, especially since the X7 had only been purchased 18 days prior. The sales person said that he was sorry for the experience that I was having but that there was nothing they could do. He said well it's a good thing that that's what warranties are for. I am sorry but to have a slightly used 2022 X7 need a new transmission only 18 days after purchase and the dealer say that cannot do one thing to compensate for the experience we are having is extremely disappointing.

Robert W is the absolute best! Dealers near my house were saying I could receive the car in the next year if I was lucky. Park Ave made it possible in 3 months. Everyone is super helpful and nice would 100% recommend!
