I was more than satisfied with my experience here at Otto’s. I came in for an appointment not knowing what to expect and was blown away by the amazing customer service that I was offered. The team really worked with me to get me the perfect fit vehicle for my everyday needs and price point. Not only was the process smooth and easy but the turnaround time was exceptionally fast. I plan on staying a lifelong BMW customer not only for the luxury vehicle but because of the support received here at Otto’s BMW. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Ottos BMW sets the standard for an exceptional car buying experience. In the past I have purchased from Volvo and Audi dealerships. Both pale in comparison to Ottos. My salesperson Dan was highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, very prompt with communications making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. My car is perfect and Dan went out of his way to make delivery a truly special experience. I couldn't be happier with the car and the buying experience.

I have been dealing with Otto's for 25 years. However, the service i received was substandard for a BMW dealer. They charged me 2500.00 for a mechanical part that wasn't damaged. When i called the service manager about the issue he stood behind the sevice tech. However, every service shop I've taken the car to afterwards agreed the part couldn't have been damaged the way the tech stated. So on expensive job's dont take their word for it have them prove the part is bad. If i would have keep my 750xi with them my bill would have been over 6000.00 and still not working correctly.
