From arranging a loaner car to ensuring the repairs were done in a timely manner, and just being plain friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I come to Niello BMW Elk Grove I’ve been treated with fantastic customer service and I’ll continue to come here for my service.

I can not convey enough what a wonderful experience I had buying my car from Niello BMW. I could have bought my car from any BMW dealer- but Niello BMW proved to be heads and shoulder above other dealerships. The level of professionalism was complimented a personal touch. DJ at Elk Grove BMW is AMAZING to work with! He made the process extremely easy and convenient for me and understood I was not a local buyer and had to travel a distance. The whole team stayed late and Meticulously reviewed everything from financing to all of the high-tech features my car was equipped with. Could not have asked for a more enjoyable car buying experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Niello BMW. My salesman Roy Valdez was great. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Roy was very helpful with the process and answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. No pressure tactics whatsoever. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, Niello BMW in Elk Grove is the place to go. When you have a great salesman like Roy, you can't go wrong.

My service rep is Monica, luv her, she's awesome. I love the quick fast & easy appointment set up. I love checking in with my personal advisor, going over the details. I love the photos & detailed services that are recommended & the option to approve or deny those recommendations via text. I love Niello BMW & my 3yr oil change service plan.

I had to call four different times to get an update on my vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and did not get it back until the following Tuesday. I kept getting different answers each time I called. I shouldn’t have to be the one to call 4 times in a week solely because you guys aren’t calling to let me know. These repairs were done in 24 hours. Being without a vehicle for a week was extremely difficult. I didn’t appreciate the representative sounding annoyed by my call when I had to check the status of my vehicle. I’ll leave the name out because this isn’t about trying to give someone specific a bad review. I just think it was really bad business on that associate to go about it the way they did. I take my car to your dealership because it’s an actual BMW dealership as opposed to some non accredited mechanic on Fulton Ave. However this experience was very disappointing . Communication is key and this experience had Zero communication. Don’t sound annoyed when your clients are calling you to check the status because non of your associates have done so.
