I had a pleasant car shopping experience here and I have Mohamed to thank for that. My boyfriend did his research and said one of the best deals was at his local Lexus dealership, so he called around and spoke with Mohamed. We scheduled appointments at 3 dealerships, and before we went to any, my boyfriend said Mohamed was the person he he wanted to work with most among those he spoke with over the phone. Luckily the car at Newport Lexus was our favorite, so we got to work with Mohamed. He was pleasant to be around, informative, insightful, kind, respectful, not pushy, and transparent. When we decided to move forward, Mohamed even came in on his day off to address some concerns we had with the vehicle and take care of us. He went above and beyond. The dealership has an upscale appearance, but Mohamed presents himself with such class that we enjoyed every step of the journey. Very clean and the staff there (from sales to service) are very kind and professional. I love that they do everything they can to make you feel welcomed. I recommend this Lexus location to anyone! I drive about 40 miles just to come to this specific location because other locations do not compare to the service you get here at Newport Lexus. If you plan on buying a car ask for Greg..... he is amazing!!

Used to go the the one in Glendale. Don’t really wanna go back there. So Drive all the way from LA to Newport Lexus just for the good service they provide. Never disappointed for the service. Always have wonderful and amazing time with their service !! Very good communication!! for make appointments and all the way through my service consultant Mr. James and the last time with my Female Service consultant (can’t remember her name with her blonde hair) Definitely recommended to all the Lexus owner to come here. !!!!

I took my Lexus in for a one year service. My service advisor was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. . I waited in the beautiful lounge for about an hour. My car was washed. It was a pleasant experience. I drove to Newport because of the excellent service.
