Way to ruin the car buying experience. Completed a deal with Christian, who was amazing, quickly/efficiently. Paid MSRP for new 2022 X5 Ownership has decided they only put $70 for gas instead of a full tank and from some off-brand gas station. However, if you complain and you’re already upset, they will fill it up. They saved $45. How many cars do you move a month that need this differential in gas VS how much does it cost to retain a customer and their future maintenance/purchases. Penny wise, pound foolish. You got this sale but you differentiated yourself by establishing a horrible customer experience. I won’t patronize this dealership again.

My interaction with the GM, Steven Pan was great where he resolved my issue. He took the time to understand my situation after an initial visit and introduced me to James, and left me in good hands! James, the Service Manager and Eric the Service Advisor are fantastic! They provide excellent service and have fully earned my trust. They thoroughly assessed my car and patiently broke down the priority issues step by step which made me feel they value my business as a customer, care about my safety and went the extra mile to work with me on the costs of repairs so it’s affordable and reasonable. They demonstrated premium service for a premium brand!

Service Advisor Randy Rivera deserves to be recognized on so many levels! His customer service stood out from most of the dealerships that I have dealt within SGV for decades between other BMW and Mercedes dealerships. My vehicle had quite a bit of recalls and some issues with the electrical aspect. Randy was very professional and always in a cheerful disposition. He's articulate when it comes to communication, his willingness to resolve issues and earn my business (thinking outside of the box), and patience in explaining any big or small information is unmatched. Most of all, he has a high sense of urgency in meeting and exceeding service, even when they're half staffed, assisting his colleagues' jobs just so there wouldn’t be any delays to me as a customer. Randy clearly showed that I was more than a vehicle # to him and very successfully delivered a smooth and positive experience. I was impressed how he stayed on top of keeping me posted at all times without me once having to wonder what is going on with my vehicle. I didn’t have to hunt him down with calls, emails, or do any follow ups, unlike other dealerships. I am a business owner myself who has a certain level of standard. The caliber that Randy exhibited as a Service Advisor outperformed most that I have encountered. He has good energy and doesn’t display this attitude he’s just an employee that is clocking in, clocking out, just for a pay check. Not only was he doing his job, being productive (by NOT being on his personal phone on co. time), he did it well, and I am very appreciative of his work ethics.

Tony K and New Century BMW were great. It was my first time purchasing here (have worked with other bmw dealerships before) and I had a such a smooth and easy process. I’m not exaggerating. I was able to buy the car and drive out of there in about 3 hours. Tony was very nice, easy to work with, and did not play silly sales games. He was a man of his word and I will gladly work with him in the future, as well as the rest of the team at New Century. They also have some of the best pricing I’ve seen.

I was very pleased with the service department at New Century BMW. My service advisor was Eric Ho and he was excellent. He went over things patiently with me and addressed my concerns. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and honest about necessary repairs. I highly recommend the dealership and hope to deal with Eric again. Excellent shuttle service as well. 5 Stars on everything.

My review is for the Service Center: I had a fantastic experience with this service department after my car unfortunately developed a bad coolant leak. Pamela was my service advisor, and she was great in every way. She was kind, approachable, and kept me informed throughout the process. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem--a failed water pump--and could replace it the same day. They provided me with a rental car so that I could go to work while the repairs were underway. Despite the unexpected circumstances, I am grateful that I brought my car to New Century BMW. Thanks so much to Pamela and the service team!

They also honored a detail service I had not been able to go get since getting my car which I was so grateful for. Detail service team- My car looks amazing!! William was a great service person. He was very prompt with his correspondence. He assisted me with getting a great rate for my repairs and promised me that my car would be ready by 6pm the next day. Even better, my car was ready well before the said time. I am very impressed with the great service I received. I would highly recommend New Century Bmw.
