I worked with Briana and Malick and both were super professional and sweet. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! They were able to give me details, the real deal (truly honest—no lies), a video of the car I was interested in even before it was detailed, etc. I went and saw it on a Monday night, test drove it, decided to buy it, took it home and came back Tuesday to finish the paperwork. I will never shop at another dealership ever again! That’s how positive our experience was. We were able to do almost everything over the phone, we were only at the dealership for a little over an hour. John Dayton was our sales person and I would recommend to everyone. Truly impressed by Cody at Neil Huffman Acura. He was incredible diligent, honest and even professional. He was quick to call and/or call back. Every time he said he would do something, it was done quickly and with quality. The price was competitive and Cody actually makes really great videos! Would recommend, 10/10

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOT! The salesman we dealt with back in July was Cody and he was great. Poor guy was new and just hadn’t realized how twisted this sales department was. We bought a “certified” 2018 Acura TLX. 5 months later the vehicle was in the shop for one month getting a new engine! Vehicle only had 70k miles. We were told the warranty company wouldn’t pay for a new one but they found a “certified” engine with 50k miles. Okay fine, well come to find out it had over 119k miles on it and they thought that o in the shop saw this and called us. Told us this wasn’t right and he wasn’t happy. Stated he would help us anyway he could. The sales managers are a joke, they wouldn’t work with us, only offered trade in value on vehicle. Again, just bought the vehicle in July for 33k! Arthur and Hue are terrible individuals and will lie through their teeth. Don’t trust them! They now have the vehicle on the lot for 29k! We traded the vehicle in for a new Volkswagen at the Masada/Volkswagen dealership and they were amazing! The knew exactly what was happening and wasn’t happy. Stated they didn’t want the car on their lot and couldn’t wait for Oxmoor to come pick it up. They even offered more than what Oxmoor offered. Mind blinding.
