This is my first time purchasing vehicle from Nalley BMW. The dealership was welcoming and pleasure to work with!! I love my new 2022 530e !! Even with difficult market situation, Chris was very responsive and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth and quick. I strongly recommend working with Chris for your deal!! I am waiting 2023 face lift X7! I will definitely buy from him again!

Had an amazing experience yesterday! (Christmas Eve no less) Fortunately for me, the exact car I wanted was sitting in the showroom. Serendipity. Derrick Butts, my client advisor, was fabulous. He was welcoming and helped answer all my questions. Derrick didn’t pressure me or make me feel like I had to make a decision. Once I did make the decision, Thurmon Blake, the finanace manager, was also amazing. He helped us select what we needed in warranties and choosing extra options and listened to our concerns and questions as well. Overall, it was just a wonderful experience. I traded my beloved Toyota Highlander for a new Electric BMW. I’m soooo happy with our purchase! I LOVE my new car and will be happy to be return customers!! Be sure to go see Derrick for an electric car! He knows his stuff! I highly recommend Nalley BMW and Derick and Thurman!!

This was my 1st BMW purchase. There were some things initially I was not too happy with but Chuck did everything he could to make sure I left happy even if that meant coming back a second time to make it perfect. Amazing service and location! I had the pleasure to work with Louis, he treated and assisted me so well from welcoming me with a warm greeting, test driving, exploring/explaining the different cars and options that I had. He even took it a step further and helped me through the build and ordering process of my beautiful car, and also performed check-ins to ensure I was good to go and updated throughout the process. Hands down great customer service from him. The entire experience with Louis was amazing! Additionally, he assisted me during the buying process and put me in the good hands of Mr.Moon when it came down to handling the finance portion of the buying process, that process went so smooth and fast! Working with the duo was amazing and reassured me that I made a great choice going with Nalley BMW and working with Louis!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the team at Nalley! We worked with Summer and she was the best Saleswoman ever! We didn’t have to do anything! Louis made my first car buying experience smooth and hassle free! The dealership is very busy which will cause you to have a wait long periods at certain times but the sales team and managers always have a smile on their face waiting to help you when they can.

From searching and looking I came across Nalley and they had everything I wanted and more. I had the pleasure of working with the Salesman Clifton. He was awesome and I recommend him to everyone.
