Montaño Acura is such a great business. The people here are so nice. We've taken both of our cars to them for years and they always do a great job for us. Very honest. They don't price-gouge, and they will tell you if nothing is wrong with your car and they won't charge you anything, even after they've already chauffeured you to a restaurant and back and given your car a free wash. Amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers.

Brian delivered world-class customer service for myself and my family, making sure my car was safe for a last minute weekend trip. We showed up last minute on a Friday to check on a few concerns and Brian got us in and out ensuring that we were safe on the road! If i could give more than 5 stars i would! I have nothing but good things to say about everyone over at Montano Acura! Cindy was very helpful and persistent in getting me into my dream car. The process was quick and easy and even got to drive the car home the same day even though i was not able to provide all of the documents they needed that day. I was very impressed about the fact that i was also provided with a dealer warranty for my vehicle. I cant thank the Acura team enough for making a dream come true. I would recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership!

While traveling through New Mexico, we encountered a blown radiator. We tried the local mechanics and Honda dealership who declined to service our vehicle. We were forced to endure an $800 tow to Montano Acura, the closest location willing to service our vehicle on a Saturday. Gabriel, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every detail. He had Tevin from the parts department source a radiator and other necessary parts for the anticipated repair just in the nick of time (30 minutes before warehouse closure). Tracy, the senior tech, finished the repair in record time. Gabriel followed the repair every step of the way, from tow drop off, to making hourly update calls to even toweling off water residue from the car wash for handoff. All in all, a 5 hour turnaround on a holiday weekend is nothing short of a miracle. I've had service at other dealerships but have never been provided this level of attention. Thank you to Gabriel, Tracy, Tevin and the staff at Montano Acura for providing excellent, professional service beyond expectations and providing this weary traveler safety, comfort and peace of mind.

In general they are pretty great, but one time they sent my car keys home with another customer and caused a big debacle. Someone had to drive to that customer's house to get the key and come back, about an hour and a half later we could go home. Now I always attach something to the key to identify it. They are usually done with maintenance faster than estimated. If the car is under warranty, replacement and fixes are super easy.

Just picked up my TLX type S! Brandon, as well as the rest of the staff were super friendly, very professional, and the process was easy and stress free. Highly recommend!
