Great experience. Rodney and Joe helped me order a beautiful new X7. I went with recommendations from them and so glad I did. The wheels were a great choice! Love my new car😍 I didn’t expect to be so impressed by the new 2023 model. The overall look is so sporty and the huge screen on the dash is more interactive and really easy to use. Mike is a pro. Service is Medford BMW is great! They always take care of maintenance for me because they are so friendly, easy to work with and helpful. They pick up and deliver my car if I need to stay at work, and Nathan has become my favorite service manager ever. Always willing to help with any issue as quickly as possible, and with a great sense of humor.

Great service. Was in and out in the time they said. Nice waiting area. Ride available if needed. Haven’t had much done on my car since I bought it at this dealership so I couldn’t tell you if they are comparable price wise to a shop. The staff is always friendly and accommodating

My last two service appointments have resulted in driving away with the service light on, and the car reporting it needs servicing despite having had all the servicing done. I brought this to the attention of the service department once already but did not think it would happen a second time in as many months. I’m sure there are cheaper, more reliable places to have my car serviced, and I’ll begin seeking out other options. Aside from that the staff here are friendly and professional, for what it’s worth.

Justin Hanlin was superb to work with! Very knowledgeable, professional and sold me a beautiful car that I love. The BEST part comes a couple weeks after I own the car I ended up without a key and Justin came immediately to help me! I told our salesman ,Kirk, who did a great job that my offer was based on no add on’s or additional costs Well when it came to signing the pages of disclaimers and contracts, my wife and I were sent to the “finance manager’s office where for an hour he tried to get us to add $5000 to $6000 in add on services. We refused. You almost lost the deal. That’s the kind of B.S. that makes people not want to deal with dealerships. The finance manager made the overall great experience a bad one.

Super easy to deal with. No BS no hidden charges like most dealers. Straight up honest people. If there were 10 stars they would get a 10. Pleasure dealing with Kirk !

Contacted the dealership online through CarFax regarding a used BMW X5 (as well as several other sellers). Received reply back within an hour from Bill C. (others never replied). Exchanged emails with him and he was prompt, clear, and straightforward in all of his responses, and after we purchased I can say that in retrospect he was honest all the way through. He did not pressure us. Since we live far away, he did a FaceTime tour of the car. We drove several hours to the dealership a couple of days later, were able to drive the vehicle. No surprises, car was in excellent condition, clean inside and out, with a full tank of gas. Purchased the vehicle at what seemed like a reasonable price. His after-purchase availability has been good. Would be happy to work with Bill C. again in the future.
