I bought my first Subaru here! I met with Derrick Ferrell and it was a big shift from the other dealerships. It had been a long week of test driving cars that week and I noticed how other dealers would get impatient with my 5 year-old son. Derrick was kind and accommodating and that made a big difference. Everything was ready for us when we came. Loved the test drive. I knew I loved the car when I saw it! Because we were late, did as much paperwork as we could the night before. Throughout the whole process all my concerns were addressed. It was such a pleasure going through this process with Derrick. Ultimately for a stressful week of car shopping it ended with out perfect car!

Derrick Farrell is a fantastic sales associate and a very kind person. He was very patient with our technological ignorance, (we are two senior citizens), and explained the car’s features very thoroughly and clearly, yet simply. He took a long time with us, making sure we understood the sales process. He is not high pressure at all, rather he is factual, giving us the information we needed to make our decision. If Derrick was not our salesperson, we would not have been able to buy a car at all, (which we badly needed), much less understand what type of car we were getting. I wish Derrick the best and hope he is successful in his life. He is a genuinely good person.

His knowledge, quality of care, and attention helped me to get through the whole process of selecting and purchasing my sweet choice CR-V Honda. I'm so pleased. Driving off the lot was not only liberating, but it was a giggly joy. I love everything about my Honda- the color, driving steering wheel control and technology is mind-blowing. Corey Draughon and Dan O'Donnell made the process of getting my new Civic Sport very easy. Corey was very helpful and thorough in explaining all the details of the new car to me. He was able to answer all of my questions while being polite and respectful. Dan was very helpful in explaining all of the papers and financial forms that had to be signed. He was very understanding of our situation and walked us through the process in a very thorough and friendly manner. Great experience at this dealership. After talking to five or six other dealerships and getting nowhere, I was put in touch with Nick and he kept me in the loop with every update. Questions were always answered in a timely fashion. I ended up with the exact car I wanted at a price that i was comfortable with. Amazing job from him especially.

Andrew Gray originally leased me my car back in 2019. He kept in contact throughout my entire lease and successfully facilitated my finance today.
