I came in looking for a new car and had the 23 Hr-V in mind, however due to the shortage, I was not able to achieve that goal. Fortunately, the sales rep named Derrick Farrell was able to show me a 2021 Hr- V lx and a 2022 Hr-V sport and help me along the process to purchasing my first brand new car! Not sure where to begin, parking is TIGHT, there were very few spots for customers to park. I did however find one spot albeit in a high travel area. One of the guys working for the dealership was nice enough to keep an eye on my car for me. The rest of the experience was basically what you expect with buying a car. Our salesperson was nice enough, knew a good amount about the cars too. The interior of the dealership is pretty much a dump. Not what I would want to see or experience if I was going to buy a car from them. We only wanted to test drive a particular used car we were looking at for our son and this dealer had it. After the test drive was done we went inside to discuss the price and this is when the magic happens or the bs depending on your perspective. After a couple of trips back to the "manager" we still didn't have a firm price only "scenario's". With the market in used cars in 2022 buying new makes more sense a lot of the time. After deciding we were most likely going to buy new the sales person stopped us and said "I have to talk to my manager before you can leave"... WTH!? I told the salesperson to tell his manager I threatened him with physical harm so he wouldn't get in trouble and we walked out My current car is a Tesla, ordered on-line, no bs, never buying from a dealer again, certainly not a dealer that conducts business like this.

Made a deal. Was asked to make $1000 deposit to hold vehicle. Arranged to pick up vehicle and found out vehicle was sold. Sales person laughed rather than any sort of reasonable explanation. Sales Manager blew it off saying "that's not how we do business on the main line" Well apparently it is.
