Great experience buying my new car here. Website was up-to-date, they had the vehicle I had seen online, on the lot. Was able to test drive and buy within a few hours! Joanna Zoreque our sales person was likable, answered all our questions and was low pressure. Also Peggy Smith the sales manger was very professional and friendly. The sales team really made the car buying experience smooth and painless. I loving my new Acura. Would highly recommend buying from Kearny Mesa!

For me, car buying is not an enjoyable experience and I was dreading it. But the service I received at Kearny Mesa Acura was above and beyond what I was expecting. I knew what I wanted and Kevin was amazing right from the start. The team worked with us quickly to bring us the best deal the first time and got everything taken care of right away in very little time. I would like to publicly thank the amazing Joanna at the Kearny Mesa Acura Dealership. When I came to the dealership she was the first person I saw. She looked very busy, but she put aside everything to assist me. I knew exactly what car I wanted to see and she took me to the car. Once in the car, she was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. She made sure I was comfortable and felt secure before we went inside to discuss what would happen next. Also, I gave her my availability for that day and she respected it. I am very busy and do not have the time to test drive or be convinced to look at other cars. I knew what I wanted. She understood this and moved the process along in a quick, but very professional manner. Joanna is the best sells rep. I have encountered in a long time. I have been searching for the car I wanted for awhile now. I have a lot of experience with car sells reps. Joanna is down to earth, understanding and professional. Very kind and accommodating as well. She spoke to my kids and made sure they were comfortable at the dealership as well. In addition, her greatest quality is that she's a team player. Together with Ruben and Peggy, I walked away with the car I wanted. Only a humbled person would be willing to work in such unity with others the way Joanna did. THANK YOU!!! I recently took my car in for routine service/ maintenance and I must say, my car is the best it’s ever been! Services performed were an oil change, tire rotation/alignment and an induction service. The drive and acceleration feels so smooth, throttle response has improved and from what I understand this will also provide more fuel economy. I have a 2015 Acura TLX and can honestly say it still drives like it’s brand new, thanks to the amazing service department team at Kearny Mesa Acura. The consisted high level of service I’ve received over the past 7+ years from James Morgan and team (Alex, Mike) is second to none. Would highly recommend the Service Team at Kearny Mesa Acura!

When faced with the lease end purchase of my wife's Toyota Tundra I was a bit uneasy as I had never been through the process.
