Nice store indeed, but as a luxury car I expected better customer service. The service representative was very nice, managed an appointment for me within a day. Dropped off is fast, and hassle free. But I didn’t get reviews on the multipoint inspection, and everyone left at 5:00 pm. I’ve bought Audi, Lexus, Mercedes’ before, and I know some of those brand ensures superior customer service, compared to that I think BMW State College has room for improvement. Wanted to buy some accessories, but again not a seamless process.

Very pleased with my experience at this BMW dealership. Daniel Rehmeyer walked me through the process of ordering a new BMW and made the process extremely easy, never once pressured me into buying anything extra. He kept me up to date the entire time I was waiting for my new 2023 M240i. This is my first BMW and I couldn’t be any more happy with it. I definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to continuing to go there for my service. 10/10

I don't typically write reviews, but the buying experience I had at Joel Confer BMW was spectacular. Dan Rehmeyer was wonderful to work with. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Within an hour of waking into the dealership, I was driving home in my new car. I will differently go back!!!!!

Our BMW broke down on our way back to NJ, and we dropped it off Joel Confer Dealer on Friday 11/5, and we rented a Toyota to come home. The service was pretty good, especially Greg was very helpful. On 11/8, we called in and was told our car was not pulled in to be checked yet. On 11/10, we were so glad to know the car had been fixed. On 11/11 my hubby picked up the car and drove back home safely. The whole process was quick and the service was great. We are very thankful!

Sales department is a disaster. The gentleman Mark at the front is as rude as I have ever seen. Brought my car in after an accident and was told to "take it around the corner and drop the keys off." I have never been to this dealership before so "around the corner" could mean a variety of things. I was looking to trade to an X3 and the response was... a shoulder shrug? No ask if I had or needed a rental after dropping my car off. While it was raining.. This is not the quality of service I have come to expect from BMW. BMW corporate needs to get involved with this lackluster dealership representing its product. I have been a loyal BMW customer for years. I think if you are interested in purchasing a BMW you go elsewhere. The will blithely tell you to go on a scavenger hunt in the rain for the service center. With all of that being said the service department at the tan building "around the corner" is fantastic. That was a great experience.
