John McBryde and the Joe Bullard Acura service department have made it where an Acura is the only vehicle I want to drive. John’s honesty, consideration for my wants and overall personality has me not wanting to speak to anyone else when purchasing a vehicle. I told John what I was looking for and he DELIVERED! I didn’t feel pressured nor judged by him and that is really what captured me as a lifetime customer. I also have to mention Camron, manager of the service department. He worked so well with me and my previous vehicle that I am pleased to say he and his service team will be a part of keeping my new Acura MDX in good working condition.

After a long search I was finally able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Collin was an awesome salesperson. He was responsive and communicated with me promptly when our car arrived. I just purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from Larry Stewart. The whole process went smooth and easy. I always get nervous when it comes to making a big purchase, but Larry made me feel right at home! He took the time out to go over every detail of all the high tech inner workings of the vehicle although it was the end of the workday. He made sure my husband and I understood every detail! I just got home with my new purchase—a 2021 Acura TLX. I was very sad and hesitant to trade my beloved 2017 BMW 320i but as a single woman, I started being concerned about an older car’s inevitable repairs. Family and friends absolutely love and trust Acuras, but I’ve never considered one over Mercedes or BMW. Let’s just say that of today, I am sold and my gorgeous Certified Preowned is now in my garage. Walking in the door this morning, I was met by the best sales person I have ever met, Larry Stewart. Best in not that he “sold me a bill of goods”, but he took his time with me from walking in the door to test drive to negotiations to financing to showing me how to operate every single button on the car. He was absolutely wonderful—actually, everyone I met, from general manager to finance officer, went above and beyond to make me comfortable, meet my needs and get me the most on my trade and best price possible on my purchase. I am SO impressed! Larry absolutely rocks! As sappy as it sounds, today was a joy and I don’t have the buyer’s remorse I feared after trading my BMW. If anything, I can’t wait to drive my new ride tomorrow and actually know how to change screens and what all the bells and whistles mean……thank you Joe Bullard Acura, and Larry!!!
