I had such a wonderful experience at Jim White. My husband and I worked with Jeff as our salesman. Jeff really listened to us and our wants/needs. We originally came in to look at one specific vehicle which ended up being too small for what we needed. Jeff made us an amazing suggestions and got us a heck of a deal for a better vehicle than we came in for! He was attentive and helpful without being over-bearing or aggressive. We also want to thank Kiersten for her help with our financing. She was very detailed in her explanations of what we were signing and what each document was for. She didn't mind my attorney husband reading every contract and encouraged us to ask questions. She was open and honest about things we should need and things we would not need. She asked us what we were hoping for in terms of rate, loan providers, etc., and worked with us to ensure we were perfectly happy with what we wanted. Buying a car is always stressful and I would be lying if I said I was looking forward to the process that day. However, I had the best car buying experience with Jim White and appreciate their services, which made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Josh was very patient and explained all options available. Made sure we had all questions answered and was very excellent. The used car guy (sorry I don't remember his name) is also very nice. This dealership was professional and did not rush you through any decisions. If you nfind yourself needing a car, this is the place to go as they are honest and want you to be happy.

I brought my car in for a hood latch replacement. Usually I work on my own vehicles but this might have changed my mind. I got to sit in a comfortable chair and eat popcorn and drink pop while my car was fixed. Highly recommend. Service technicians were nice and friendly as well.

I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from here and part of the purchase agreement was for them to detail the vehicle. THEY cracked the infotainment screen and told me they would replace it. It was not cracked when I agreed to purchase the vehicle, they cracked it after my test drive during the detailing before I came to pick it up. It’s been months and I have not heard anything from them at all. Reaching out has so far been unsuccessful. I’m not impressed with their customer service and will definitely not recommend them

Bought a 2022 Honda Ridgeline from Jim White. Love the truck but had an ARE cap installed by a third party retailer which leaked. Third party retailer said it was a truck issue so I took the. vehicle to Jim White service. After several days without my truck it was ready for pick up and they said it was fixed. $400 bill and it leaked the next day. They also said it was a cap issue not a truck issue but the water was leaking from behind the front truck bed wall. They said to bring it back but there was so much white caulk showing on my dark blue truck I took it back to the third party retailer. They were not much help and eventually took it to another third party retailer in Michigan who properly installed the cap and leak is gone. Not very impressed with service department at Jim White

I am left with positive feelings and a great car that was built in Ohio.
