My husband and I purchased an X5 today with the assistance of our amazing salesperson Alex Asfour. Alex worked with me for weeks answering any questions I had. He helped me select the right model car for my family. He ran numbers with me over the phone so I could have a better idea about my payments before even going to the dealership. Alex was very helpful throughout the process. Our transaction today was very smooth. Alex is honest and a great person. Highly recommend that you ask for him when you go to Irvine BMW. You will not regret going to Alex.

It was my very 1st BMW purchase and thanks to Michael Quinn it was EASY and fast. I spent very little time, from test drive to finance office and out on my way was seamless and stress free. I can’t thank you enough for making the entire process easy and stress-free Mr. Michael. Truly no pressure shopping, and by far the easiest car buying process I have ever had. Honestly this was the best car purchase experience at Irvine BMW. My wife and I purchased a preowned Honda Pilot, and were so happy with the price and how clean it was. Our salesman Frank was exceptional. He was friendly, sincere and helpful. When I first spoke to him to inquire about the car he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to send me additional pictures as well as records and the carfax. On the test drive he had the car waiting, fully washed, full tank, and even had the a/c on. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but more importantly to me, genuine and honest. He made my wife and I feel comfortable to discuss the history of the car and made us feel at ease with a no pressure sales approach. Once back at the showroom to finalize the deal, the process was smooth and quick. I wish I remembered the name of our finance rep, because he also was professional and courteous. He presented options, but was respectful when I declined additional packages. He completed the sale quickly and we were on our way in our new Pilot. I highly recommend Irvine BMW and would happily refer Frank to anyone in the market for a new or preowned car.

When I say everything was perfect it was! From when I first spoke to Alex Asfour I got a great vibe from him. He was always there if I had any questions or concerns. This is a good dealership with a good service department. I waited 30 minutes to get my car that was supposed to be ready and when it was returned to me the car had not been washed. I gave them extra time so that the car was ready when I arrived. All said, I waited an hour to get my car back. A silver lining, the service manager was all over it and he is the reason they received a four star review and not a one or two star review.
