I felt so well treated that I bought the 2022 Honda HR-V Sport today and with a better interest rate through the guys at Honda. Thanks a lot guys and keep up the great work...

Posting this review for my parents that had this to say about Honda of Watertown. If I could give it half star I would. I went in today and was being helped by Brian from sales. My wife needed a new car and we test drove a CR-V and liked it. We also have a trade. We loved the red model CR-V in the showroom and we were told outrageous payment amounts (we have great credit) but planned on buying the car cash. I spoke to the sales guy and said 30K cash and we'll take it right now. He goes to the back and comes back out sand says 41K. This is a tough market I understand that but it seems this dealer is looking to rip you off. I understand making some money but 11K extra after we settled on a price. I don't know who's working in the back room where our sales guy went but, I don't think that person cares about anything other than profits. I think this is a perfect example of greed at Watertown Honda. Honda is a great brand/manufacturer but these dealers need to be realistic.

Love my new car they are very professional and have great attitudes. Mark and Henry are great sales reps and made sure all my questions were answered and explained everything great definitely the place to go if you want to get a new car

I wanna state that their terms of service in getting you to buy a car from them are great but that's about it. They don't accomplish what they promise you when signing the contract. I came in with my father to get myself a new car and there had been a promotion going on that we wouldn't have to pay a certain amount in the first three months. And it was a good deal said to us and we signed... nothing came of that conversation again since once we got it registered and everything, we'd have to pay the total amount immediately of the car's value monthly. Even though we were told that we wouldn't need to pay that amount in the beginning. Did this not happen once but twice! My father was also looking to get a new vehicle at the time and they gave him the same deal with more benefits. He exchanged his car for the deal and the same thing happened again. He had to start paying the full value of the car immediately instead of what was contracted by a few months paying at a reduced price. We contacted service for this situation but got denied. So now we'll never be contacting them again for further investment at this location.

My car was totaled and I was in dire need of a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. I went to their dealership around closing time after I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. I spoke with one of the car dealers named Norbert and he told me that vehicle I was interested in was at their other location which was an hour away. The very next morning he went to pick it up and it was as good as advertised. I loved the vehicle and purchased it the next day. Everyone in there from the repair shop to the sales manager are super professional and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Hands down best experience buying a car! Walked in and walked out. Rich Noble was the best! he flawlessly and diligently worked with me through the trade-in and buying process. No question was left unanswered. As a matter of fact, the entire team was great, and made the showroom such a great vibe to be in. The financing manager in the back was just as wonderful. What seems to always be stressful, ended up being wonderful. There’s a perfect mixture of professionalism and lightheartedness throughout the entire dealership. If you’re not getting your car from Honda of Watertown you’re missing out on a seamlessly easy experience, with the benefit of gaining a beautiful car from their lot!
