Athena made this whole process very easy and painless from start to finish. She was very helpful with showing me around my car of interest and even showed me some tips and hidden features. Exceptional car buying experience at this dealership. Never felt pressured. Process was very fast and smooth. Was in my brand new vehicle within a couple of hours and that’s only because I was taking a while to make my decision. Oeut was the best!! Very patient and knowledgeable. I purchased a certified pre owned Mazda Miata from Hertrich Acura. The entire transaction was smooth and stress free. Athena, the sales associate who worked with me, was knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. She readily answered all of my questions. Furthermore, and frankly most important to me, I never felt like I was getting pressured, or getting the “hard sell”. I worked with Christi at this dealership and was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when purchasing vehicles. I met with her with no intentions on buying a vehicle my first time visiting the dealership but with her knowledge of the 2020 MDX I was interested in, the comfort and care she showcased and ability to work with what I needed won me over almost immediately. I ended up trading in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2020 Acura MDX and am absolutely in love with it! Don’t come here they will drag you along and take your money (Service department) They installed 3 junkyard transmissions in my car and everyone of them has blown up or leaked. Don’t trust them they did not follow Honda procedures and their story changes after repairs are final. At first it was were replacing your transmission with a remanufactured one after that transmission blew up I did some some research and found out they were all coming from a junkyard out of wrecked vehicles and they were charging my warranty company for the price of remanufactured ones . I have been back and forth a total of 12 times along with all of the diagnostic fees. Gotta love $1300 junkyard transmissions …………….Thanks Jeff “low key thieves” (Don’t let them touch your car you will come back with more problems I promise!!!)
