Michelle Sanchez and her manager went above and beyond on a 2021 Acura RDX purchase we made. I couldn't recommend Hansel more, absolutely customer first care and even gave us a free dinner on top of the best service I've ever received from a dealership in a long time. Undervalued my clean trade-in by 5k compared to clearly defined blue book trade in value, and lied about what dealerships were going to receive the exact car I wanted because they don't do dealer trades with the San Francisco location. Figured out San Francisco was getting the exact one I asked about the second I got back into my car to leave. I was kind enough to nicely let the salesman know via text that I had purchased elsewhere. Based on his response, I wish I had ghosted him instead. Poor experience.

The team at Hansel Acura made my first car buying experience amazing! Ken, Isamar and Andy were incredibly helpful and had everything prepared and ready to go when we arrived from out of town. They made the process quick and easy. I couldn't recommend this dealership more!

Went in to get a Acura mdx I test drove it and everything went smooth. Then we got to the paper work and I asked the sales person if she could run my credit just with the bank I bank with. She said of course. Several minutes later and the financing lady comes in and recommends me to "get a better job". Super unprofessional shortly after that I find out they ran my credit with different banks, never coming back rude people and unnecessary comments. She also looked as if she did not want to be there.

My experience at Hansel Acura is what you want when you go to a dealership. I first came to look at what they had to offer and Isa (Client Services) was very nice. I was afraid that she would be pushy to try to get me to buy and that was not the case. She was patient and after leaving without a car she maintained our relationship till I was ready to purchase. 5/5 for helpfullness! would recommend working with Isa R.

Great hospitality, wonderful experience! I came in wanting a specific suv and left with the exact suv that I came in for. I was assisted by Isamar and Andy which was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process which made my trip to Acura well worth it. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend going to the Acura on Corby Ave in Santa Rosa, you won't regret it!

Customer service at this dealer is at its best! I have been car shopping for a few weeks now and I need to point out the attentiveness and service is absolutely outstanding! Although I did not buy a car, Sales Manager Edwin and Sales rep Bryant made my visit very pleasant. They don't just treat you like a buyer but take in consideration your financial needs and treat with care! This team deserves recognition. Thank you!

I had a great experience 5/29/2021 with Sales Reps; Erwin, Arturo, Shawn, David and another Manager. Although I didn’t buy a vehicle, they deserve the recognition for their efforts, professionalism, and friendly customer service. I liked their transparency the most. Consider them in your future car purchases.
