Grappone Honda was such a refreshing experience. Everyone was nice, the managers came over the day I purchased and the day I picked up just to make sure I was having a great experience. There was no pressure, which made the decision to buy that much easier. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Everyone at Grappone is so kind and helpful! There is no guess work when it comes to filling out forms, they were explained me to thoroughly and every one I dealt with was very transparent with financing or leasing options. Travis Johnson is an excellent product specialist who goes above and beyond in helping guests find the car that fits their needs. He is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Always transparent and upfront!! Erik was great and kept me informed on the entire process, from order to delivery! Not once did I have to ask or wonder if the car was gonna be an issue or like other dealerships who tell you it’s this much and then add thousands of dollars for “market adjustment” so if you want to new car, go to grappone!
