Went to this dealership a month ago, inquiring about a new vehicle. Andrew K went above and beyond with his customer service. He was attentive and very knowledgeable. The only thing that kept me from purchasing a vehicle from your lot, which I was really interested in, and came with check in hand, was your employees/salesman. I expressed that I wanted to use my credit union for the vehicle and that I had already been approved for. The salesman gave me a price of the vehicle and I agreed with it. However, he continued to press to run my credit numerous times. Whoever the salesman I was working with decided to say they’re going up on the price of the vehicle due to me not letting them run my credit (this was told to me by the salesman who appeared to get this from someone on the phone). The practice of doing that seems to be shady and I’ve been trying to do research to see if it’s legal to change the price of the vehicle due to me not letting your dealership run my credit. I will not be recommending anyone that I know to your dealership for the above reason. I went to the Audi dealership in Rochester Hills and had the best experience. I highly recommend everyone to check them out.
