I purchased a clean used vehicle today from Fountain Acura, my sale’s professional was very helpful, professional and patient. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the car I wanted. It had already been transported to the local auction but Jeremy made some calls and did his wheeling and dealing and got it back to the lot. Jesse Rochkind got me a great deal on my MDX. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Got me on my payment range I wanted and had the vehicle in stock. Smooth transaction and everyone was very nice.

Everyone was very attentive and helped us with our purchase. Kathy Douglas paid close attention to our needs and I was able to purchase a beautiful 2023 Acura RDX. Harry Mejias was also very detailed with explanations and answered all my questions in regards to the financing.

I have gone to this location twice and both times have not had the best experience. Both times this location was unable to locate the service package I purchased and I was told that I would have to pay for services and that I was incorrect about the package I assumed I had. The first time the girl assisting me gave me attitude, saying I must’ve bought a 3rd party package and Acura would not acknowledge that so I had to pay or she couldn't give me my keys. I luckily had my paperwork in the car and then they were able to find the package, both times. This last time I went I received great service from Chan, despite the mix up with my service package, so this review does not reflect his excellent service. However, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to close my engine cap, leaving it completely open for oil to spill as I drove. I started smelling gas when I turned on the A/C so I brought it in to my local Acura and they advised on the mistake made by Fountain Acura. I had lost a lot of oil and this could’ve potentially damaged my engine. Aside from that, I was advised that my battery was completely dead and that I should have been advised of this in my very recent service visit. I called to speak to a manager today and was advised that there is no service managers on the weekends. 2 out of 2 times I have had a negative experience here. I will not visit this location again.

I had a great experience at Fountain Acura with the help of Cathy and Jesse. She was really helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to show me multiple cars she thought I would like (all of which I did) and explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend this dealership and the team I had.
