I had the best experience at Flow Honda in Statesville! I already have a love for the Honda vehicle so I didn’t need any help in deciding why I wanted a Honda, but sometimes it’s hard to decide when the best timing is to purchase a vehicle and to feel safe with who you’re purchasing from. Taylor Davis at Flow Honda really shined brightly throughout my purchasing process and put those fears at ease! She listened to my priorities (gas mileage, color, etc.), searched for the perfect car to fit them, and worked creatively with me to turn in a trade. She made the buying process feel like I was just chatting with a friend and the end result was owning my dream car. Thank you, Taylor! Also, Cordell was so friendly and really made the financing an easy process … a huge thank you to him too!

One of the best experiences trading cars I have had in my62 years of life. Dwight was straight up and seemed to be honest. Although I did not like how prices on cars are going but they did not seem to juggle allow in prices to confuse you or make it look like they were giving you more than they really are even if there price is inflated anyway. If after sale service is as good as the sale I will be very pleased with our Honda Pilot Elite.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Luke Smith helped me tremendously in getting my new "mom" car. He was very friendly and not pushy at all! All the other employees I dealt with as well were all so nice and easy to work with. They made my car buying experience great. I appreciate them all. I highly recommend buying from this dealership!

I just bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from flow Honda Statesville that I absolutely love. I mostly dealt with Josh Gaines and Luke Smith and they were very pleasant, informative, respectful, and friendly. Typically, salesmen are too pushy for me. But Josh and Luke were awesome. If you find yourself shopping at flow Honda, I recommend you ask for one of them.

I was just looking....who knew I would find the perfect vehicle for me. I never owned a new car. Just a new to me car. Well that all changed thanks to Flow Honda. It was a great experience. I can’t even begin to explain the amount of appreciation we have for Sergio and the staff here at Flow-Honda in Statesville. We had bought our 3rd car in October from Sergio and had planned on this car being a forever car. Well, a few short months later, our CR-V was totaled. We instantly messaged Sergio and he took great care of us through the insurance process. He knew I wanted to purchase a Passport this time around so he would keep us up to date on the Passports available. Once the day came we were able to purchase a new car, Sergio came through yet again. I am in LOVE with my 2021 Passport. It’s everything I wanted! I recently went to buy a car at this dealership. My first ever car at the age of 19 years old. I have always heard that dealerships are scary and that salesmen are crooked but I can truly say I had the best experience possible buying a car through these guys. John and Billy were amazing with helping with all the paperwork. Dylan and Harrison were also super supportive in helping me understand the process when I first went to get the car.
