First and foremost I’d just like to say I love my car but this dealership I now hate. I brought my 2021 Honda accord in for state inspection and emissions and they FAILED my brand new car for my 35% TINT. The technician stated that my 3rd brake light was altered/obstructed I’d just like to state that is very incorrect. My lights are in perfect working condition ITS A BRAND NEW CAR!! I will give this dealership and its service center a 0 because what they did today was ridiculous! I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK HERE EVER AGAIN !!

I took my car to Faulkner Honda for the first time since moving to the area, and everything went great. The Service Advisor, Jonathan Bair, kept me informed about what was happening and advised me on what to do. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out of there in less than two hours, which was better than I expected. The cost was reasonable. Thanks for such a smooth experience. I will definitely be back!

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Faulkner Honda, in my car buying experience. The positive interactions. The pricing. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the car or any maintenance programs, once I decided to purchase a vehicle. It was well worth the hour and a half drive! My husband and I saw a used vehicle we wanted. It was not close to us, but we made the drive, because we had searched for the same model car for a few months. From the internet sales team we worked with to the finance department, we had a pleasant experience. Everyone there is friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. I do not know the finance person's name, but the Internet sales contact was Sam, and the person we met with was name Kris. These and all the employees we met were very helpful and friendly. 5 stars

Where do I begin? Jon Mendez was by far one of the best salesmen I have dealt with in a long time. He is respectful, courteous, caring, understanding of our needs and wants, makes you feel like part of the family. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a vehicle. The rest of his team were also top notch. They all pitched in for a smooth transaction. The respect they give is top notch. They are part of the Morales family. Definitely a 10 star business.
