Bought a used car from this dealership this week. I reached out about two weeks ago as I was researching the models and they had one. I explained to the salesperson(Eugene) that I was early in the research but buying by the end of the month. He never put pressure on or the usual sales tactics. He was patient and supportive. I never felt pressured. I brought my own financing and I never got pressured into any add-on services by the finance person (jack). I had overpaid my deal and figured I would have to chase them to get my deposit refunded. Nope! It was settled in 2 days. Overall high quality experience and no BS. They all talk the talk, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. On the wish things were different: I will say I have no desire for lo-jack and would have had no issue paying 700 more for some other value add service, like a ceramic treatment or oil changes. I won't hold it against them as I still got a great car at a great value for me.

I have been a customer of Elmhurst BMW for seventeen years and bought a number of new BMW vehicles there. I had my wife’s X-5 serviced this past week and was again reminded why I won’t go to another dealership. Their facility is remarkable, always clean and comfortable. The service was excellent as always. Completed efficiently by very helpful and friendly staff. That helpful and friendly atmosphere extends throughout the dealership from management to to every employee. They are simply the best.

His knowledge of BMW vehicles and expertise made the experience very easy and stress free. Mike and David ensured I got the best deal and walked me through the process of certifying my eligibility for military rebate offered by BMW. I am a first time BMW owner and Elmhurst team made me feel as if I have been a member of the BMW family for a long time. I wanted to buy my first BMW so I called Perillo BMW to inquire about wait times for a 2023 BMW M550i. The guy on the phone was low energy, not helpful, and said "somebody will call you back". So I hung up, called Elmhurst BMW, and got connected with salesman Joe Svoboda. This was the luckiest thing that ever happened to me. Joe is like a BMW encyclopedia. He answered all my questions without even thinking. He was super helpful and honest when helping me decide which options packages I wanted to order, and gave me his honest opinion about the different configurations. After talking with him for nearly an hour and ironing out all the details (he was super patient) I decided to order the car. He told me it will probably be here in 5 months. Fast forward 3 days and Joe texts me a picture of a M550i that just arrived on the lot. It was a different color than I ordered but Joe offered me to stop by and check it out so I can see what I am buying. 10 minutes after arriving I told Joe "Ill take it" and we started the paperwork. He spent another hour inside the car with me helping me learn all the features and giving me tips on how to care for the car and keep it nice long term. Anyways I know this is a long review but I am totally ecstatic with my new car and so grateful that Perillo BMW did not call me back, because after dealing with Joe at Elmhurst BMW it is clear I will never buy a car anywhere else for the rest of my life. 5/5 recommend

I had a great ordering experience, Eugene was extremely helpful and made the ordering process easy. He always kept me updated on my vehicle and responded right away to any questions I had. The team here is great the guy that showed me how the vehicle works was Friendly and helpful and jack made the paperwork process a breeze.

I don't normally write reviews unless it has been a really awful or really pleasant experience. My experience with Elmhurst BMW has been a very pleasant and memorable one, and I just wanted to write this quick review about it. From the moment I walked through the doors to driving off with my new BMW, everyone was very attentive and caring about my needs and made the experience personalized to me. If you’re going to work with anyone, it has got to be Mike Banach. I worked with him through the entire process and he truly made it special. I’m a very indecisive person and am always changing my mind, and not once was Mike ever frustrated or unhelpful in any way, he was always supportive and understanding. He helped me build my dream car, and I can't be any happier. If you’re in the market for a new car, definitely come here to Elmhurst BMW and talk to Mike Banach, you won't be leaving with any regrets!
