Big shoutout to Jim, Rick and Aaron, seriously the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I drove in 4 hours to buy an Audi A3 and they stayed late to help me get out of their in it. They were super down to earth and really showed that they cared about my needs and concerns. Jim even detailed the car for me because of a few spots that were missed by their detailing crew! My wife and I will be back when it’s time for her to get a car as long as these guys are still here! Outstanding service!

I had a wonderful experience with the service department at Duncan Acura! Joe Ross, the Service Advisor, was top notch! He kept me informed at each and every step, and had a very professional demeanor! He also arranged for a loaner vehicle due to my work schedule which was very much appreciated!

Had to take my TSX in for a well overdue factory recall. Jacob in Service was fantastic, wonderful customer service. When I picked up my car it was detailed inside and out. I have never had that kind of service when taking a vehicle in for repair. Their sales team helped coordinate my pickup after the service department. Excellent treatment from start to finish. Will make this my home dealership from here on out!

I recently purchased a 2022 Acura RDX with tech package. I highly recommend Duncan Acura! Everyone is welcoming and helpful. The sales Manager is very knowledgeable and honest. My sales associate was Clayton. He was excellent! Clayton went out of his way to keep me updated on the arrival of my new Acura, got my paperwork ready ahead of my arrival, helped me set up everything the way I wanted it before leaving the dealership. This was a great experience for the most part. Everyone was very friendly and Helpful. The service manager was extremely courteous and kind. My only gripe would be that the part I had placed on my vehicle was $350 but I ended up paying $790 total. I understand that I had to pay labor but that was just a little more than I was expecting. But as far as the staff goes I give them 5 stars.

Jim Thompson greeted us almost immediately arriving on the lot introducing himself and asked questions to get to know us and what we were looking for. Jim was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience at Parks Acura Roanoke. Jim has a gigantic personality. He made our experience worth our time.
