Vince was super knowledgeable on all aspects of my new EV6 and made sure I was 100% comfortable with all of the features of the new vehicle. The whole experience was hassle free, and respectful of my time! The sales manager, James, was also in constant contact through the process, and very helpful in completing the deal. Brad in finance, made one of the quickest transactions I have ever had buying a vehicle, which was super appreciated. One of the owners, Will Dorsch, even stopped by during delivery to connect and thank for my business. Super professional staff that seems to truly care about their customers!

We are snowbirds from Phoenix that drove up for the summer in our Ford Escape which was going to need an oil change & tire rotation before we return home. We picked Dorsch for this routine service. We were cheerfully greeted by Celeste & directed to the spacious lounge area where we sat for what seemed only like a few minutes! Thanks for the awesome service & hospitality! I don’t have good credit and thought that driving a nice vehicle wasn’t really am option for me. But I was wrong thanks to Dorsch and an awesome salesman. Dan Buss is wonderful! He got me into a new van that I absolutely love. He made the process so easy for me. Due to my schedule I couldn’t get there until later in the day. I purchased a used car with the help of Katrina. I was very impressed by how she was up front and honest from the get go; she was very friendly, not pushy (whatsoever!) and very sincere. Katrina helped speed up the inspection process because I was hoping to purchase a car within 5-6 days and it wasn’t ready to sell at the time. (Thank you to the inspection team as well! I’ve been getting my car serviced at Dorsch for a couple years now and it’s still the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! The service team is very friendly, straight forward, and they provide you with progress updates while you’re waiting for your car to be done. They always go over the work that was done on your car and will let you know when to prepare for other services in the future (tires, brakes, etc). I’ve gone to other dealerships for oil changes and they just rush you right out the door. I always appreciate Dorsch’s attention to detail and fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!

Great service! Katrina listened to our concerned and helped make sure we were getting into the right vehicle! Plus she helped entertain our four young children while we went thru financing! Brad made the financing process quick and easy and locked in exactly what we asked for! And I’m equally impressed the owner came out to not only thank us but he wasn’t afraid to grab a rag and some spray and buff out a blemish on the vehicle that was missed! They are very thorough and have a great friendly staff!
