Best car-buying experience ever. After looking all over San Diego for the right car for us, we came to DCH Honda of Mission Valley to look at a trade-in. We worked with Rolland to check out a few cars and it was the most fun I've had shopping for a car. He was helpful, he listened to our needs, he got us a great price, he has a great sense of humor, and he made the whole process very smooth. I've been to many dealerships searching for our car and Rolland was far and away the best salesman I've interacted with. DCH Honda had what we needed. And we're super happy with the vehicle!

Took our 2021 Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid in for its first service appointment. Oil change, tire rotation as needed. Was meet and greeted by a greeter when I pulled up to the service area who was polite and filled out card - showed me where to go to advisor desk. Overall process went well and staff was great. Waited in waiting room area which was clean. Check out was quick as was card pick up. Over all very good service.

Such a great service experience! Took my vehicle in for service and parts this past week, and I was extremely impressed with this place. Very clean, organized, well-run, well-trained place & staff. Service advisor Anthony S. was a pro and genuinely cared. Coffee machine and waiting area was great. Only suggestion: other service centers have ability to text message advisor for brief updates...instead of wasting time calling and not getting through.

Frank Moreno helped me during my visit on 11/8/22. I brought in my civic for regular scheduled maintenance. I had many, many questions regarding the condition of my brakes since a prior visit indicated that I needed to have my brakes replaced soon. Frank kindly listened to all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. He even asked the service technicians to look more carefully at my brakes to see if they were okay. After my car was serviced, Frank told me that my brakes were still in great condition, which saved me a lot of time and money. Overall, Frank was incredibly kind and friendly from start to finish. He was a great help!

Buying a car has consistently been a stressful experience for me. This is my second purchase from DCH Honda of Mission Valley and every experience I have gets better. This experience was the first stress free, haggle free car purchase. They took the time to understand what my priorities were for a car and they put me in the right one. From the Manager Scott who picked up the first call to the salesperson Tim, another sales manager Mr. Allstate (I knew I was in good hands) and Jonathan in finance made me feel like I was heard and understood. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car in the future.

--Kai Cabigon DCH Honda of Mission Valley was extremely helpful when we brought in my SUV. He checked the service history of the vehicle. I came in for an oil change he explained what the numbers and letters meant in the service warning light. We had additional service done that he recommended based on the year of the vehicle and the low mileage from the time I came in in March. I won’t need any new service for at least a yr and it should only be an oil change. He also updated my email address so that I could get the coupons that they send out. He also gave us a discount on the oil change which was nice since we had more done then the oil change.

This was the second dealership we visited, we were not planning on buying that day however, Will showed us some beautiful cars and we got a great deal, we just couldn’t pass it up. Will was honest, and knowledgeable, Jonathan I’m finance was also really helpful and we didn’t feel pressured into buying what we didn’t need or want. All the staff was welcoming and we felt like we knew everyone, what a pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to everyone we know.

Buying a car the day I did was the last thing I thought I was going to do that day. I used Car Gurus to find my new ride at DCH Honda and two hours later I was taking a test drive. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and seamless. Adriano was super helpful and informative. Even the service department was super efficient, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying a car at DCH.
