Walked in on a Sunday morning and Chris Carroll greeted us on the parking lot. First impression counts. He’s sincere, patient, respectful and most of all knowledgeable. We looked at different cars and models. Selection process for us took about 2 hours. This guy earned every ⭐️ and more. Excellent customer service. Not once did we feel pressured in getting a vehicle we didn’t really like. He made the sell because of his professionalism and genuine character. He’s very attentive to what we are looking for from start to finish. As we are driving away with our new truck, hubby said he’s super nice that he wants to buy another vehicle from him.
