The information we received was consistent and we were not pushed into making purchases we weren’t comfortable with. Nikki is truly amazing! She is very kind and patient and explained everything regarding the purchase step-by-step. I noticed your name is mention in other reviews and they are not lying you are freaking amazing. Overall the best car purchase in my entire life. This is what good customer service looks like and you guys definitely got it. Kudos to the staff Jill, Nikki, and Ignacio.

First time I actually enjoyed the car buying process and not just getting a new vehicle. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision, and Nikki and everyone else I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions (I had alot). As for the BMW itself (17' M240i) you'll just have to drive one, and your smile will say all it needs to.

They diagnosed my problem, called with the diagnosis, and since it was covered by my extended warranty, had made the repair when they called. I was also advised that the struts are leaking oil, which is something I can repair myself. Critz is at the top of the list when I need to have my Denali serviced.

It was an absolutely delightful experience! From test drive to driving away in a great car everyone there was super helpful and kind! Great team! I was a Critz Mercedes customer before and never had any issues. This was my first experience at Critz BMW and for the most part, my experience what great. I only have 2 concerns. First off, I called and spoke with a young lady in Service named Hannah. She was supposed to get a parts and labor quote and get back with me to set up an appointment after I gave her all of my information. She never did. After waiting for a week, I finally went online, ordered the parts myself and made an appointment. The other concern was that when I got my car back, there was grease on the passenger seat. Other than that, my experience was great! The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I am not deterred by those two concerns and will definitely be back.
